We moved to Wilmington about 2 years ago to live the Salt Life. We both grew up in Northern Virginia and were ready for a change. We moved our little family down to Wilmington to spend more quality time together and not in rush hour traffic. To say we have fallen in love with Carolina Beach would be an understatement. We decided to buy a condo a little closer to our happy place, the ocean. Even though we live in town, we come down here all the time. We like to think of this as our own little hidden treasure. We have furnished the house with high end furniture and necessities so that you just have to pack your bags and walk in and relax.
Carolina Beach has so much to offer with the beach, pool, events at the lake, cool outdoor restaurants/bars, shops, summer carnival, fireworks weekly that you have a front row seat for in the condo and so much more. We welcome you into our home and hope you enjoy the newly renovated unit with high end amenities. We are local and easy to reach if you have any questions. Location, location, location. This condo is perfectly situated steps from the ocean, the lake and downtown Carolina beach. You can park your car and leave the keys behind. You can walk, ride bikes or take a golf cart to restaurants, shops, the boardwalk and many town events. Carolina beach has weekly activities for all ages to include, free movie night and farmers market at the lake, fireworks every Thursday at the boardwalk and charter fishing boats docked in town.
