Come to rest in this apartment located feet in the water, sea view and exceptional beach from all rooms and loggia closed to enjoy all the year (beach photos taken from the loggia).
Direct access to the beach without road to cross.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of the CORSAIRE building in the residence "LES MARINAS" 33 avenue de l'essart 14470 courseulles sur mer

Appartement idéalement situé, quasi les pieds dans l'eau avec une superbe vue frontale sur la plage et la mer. A quelques minutes à pied du centre de Courseulles. Equipement complet et prix de location attractif. Propriétaire sérieuse et à l'écoute. Rien à redire ! Très bon séjour.

location conforme à la description, très calme avec vue sur la mer aussi bien du salon que de la chambre. Soleil toute la semaine avec visites de la côte ainsi que de certains musés. Propriétaire très sympathique, prenant soin de ses locataires qui se renseigne même dans la semaine pour savoir si tout va bien. Pour terminer, vacances réussies, aussi bien au point de vue location qu'au point de vue paysages et visites, la Normandie est magnifique sous le soleil.
