This 4 star property includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge to relax in and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare your usual meal. the villa is also equipped with a freeform pool, 3 verandas overlooking the sea and the pool, to enjoy a very tropical sunbath. Guests can relax by the sparkling waters of the pool and enjoy the stunning views of the property.

The Golden Rod villa has comfortable bedding, with allergy-free mattresses and pillows. The villa also has a flat-screen TV with a CD / DVD player, free Wi-Fi and various types of games. You will receive a welcome basket with juices and finger foods or tropical fruits from Mauritius Island.

During your stay, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning at an exceptional price. The award-winning chef will make you savor tropical dishes and very typical of Mauritian cuisine and you can enjoy them while contemplating the sea.

Bon emplacement mais prestations décevantes

La villa est très bien placée, à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage. Il faut une voiture car il n'y a aucun commerce et restauration accessibles à pied à proximité. La maison est grande mais n'a rien d'une villa de rêve : manque d'entretien général. C'est dommage car il suffirait de quelques petits travaux et nouvelle décoration pour la rendre plus agréable à vivre. Il faudrait la traiter également contre les cafards. Nous n'avons eu aucun accueil, ni de contact avec le propriétaire durant le séjour. Même une alerte cyclone n'a pas donné l'envie au propriétaire de nous.demander si tout allait bien. Mais ce qui nous a vraiment déçu c'est l'impossibilité d'utiliser la piscine car elle était verte et nous n'avons pas été informé avant alors que nous avions réservé ce logement entre autre pour sa piscine. Ce n'est pas correct.

In einer schönen Anlage mit mehren Häusern und grosser Poolanlage. Zum Meer waren es nur wenige Schritte. Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter

Villa spacieuse, propre et agréable. Bien située par rapport à la plage.

Points positifs : - près de la plage et des bus - villa spacieuse et propre - grand salon et grandes chambres - wifi efficace - ménage fait régulièrement - propriétaire à l'écoute - grande piscine collective - résidence sécurisée Points à améliorer : - ustensiles de cuisine à compléter (saladier, casseroles, poêles ...) - manque des reposoirs pour affaires de toilette dans les salles de bain Point négatif - le bruit de la route dans la journée En conclusion, bonne location avec un propriétaire sympathique et serviable. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour dans cette villa.
