Relax on the wonderful beaches at this beautiful resort. Or, swim in multiple beautiful pools or the lazy river. Enjoy many on site activities, or visit nearby Mayan ruins or travel a short distance to Nuevo Vallarta and Vidanta's resort facilities and golf courses there.
Or, visit the spa and fitness center on property. There are multiple swimming pools, nightly entertainment, snorkeling, scuba diving, and kayaks for your enjoyment. Activities are also offered for the children. There are also multiple gourmet restaurants on property.
Your unit includes a fully furnished kitchen, in room Jacuzzi, marble bathroom, air conditioning, and cable TV. Sleeps up to 8, with King bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the lockout bedroom. A fold out couch is available in the living room. Each room is elegantly furnished, with beautiful views of the Pacific or tropical gardens.
Also available are rooms in similar resorts in Acapulco Mazatlan, Nuevo Vallarta, Cancun & Puerto Penasco. You choose.

Wonderful vacation

Excellent weather! Facilities were first rate and close proximity to the marina restuarants. Airport is a quick 10 minute comute. Could not ask for a better vacation!

We love this resort. We have been here many times. The people at the resort are very friendly. The activities offered and the services are top notch. The restaurants are very excellent. The accommodations are nice. We have been to many other resorts in Mexico but we always come back to Mayan Palace.

the property clientele is a little older than we expected but it was quiet. did not get ocean view as requested and customer service staff really didn't care whether I had information from the owner about requesting it or not. probably won't stay again as the cost was way above average costs for VRBO's in that area but we still had a good time.

Nice getaway

We were 3 seniors- 2 active and one with mobility & cognition problems, a 30 something year old and a 2 1/2 y.o. The property itself is dated, but impeccably maintained- the grounds, pool area, beach area, public area as well as rooms. The staff is professional and friendly. There are activities throughout the day for all age groups as well as ample seating by the pools. The restaurant fare was so, so- but the lunch by the pool hut was very tasty. Very walkable area, steps from the malecon with shops and restaurants and easy access to reasonably priced taxis. The owner was VERY attentive to my questions, responding almost immediately. I do see us returning next year.

Mayan Palace Marina Vallarta

I would not stay at this property again. If you say no to their timeshare you are treated poorly. I was not given my room assignment until after they heard I would not be interested in a timeshare. They wouldn't even let us start our vacation until they heard our answer. After they heard we were given a room without a good view, need of renovation, my sheets felt damp the whole week! Therefore the AC unit did not work properly. I heard the same complaints from other vacationers about this property. The main tower is probably the renovated tower. We were put into the other tower that is in desperate need for renovation. Location in the Marina Vallarta area is the only thing we enjoyed at this property.

We have traveled extensively, and feel that the Vidanta resorts are some of the finest that we have ever visited. We know you will have a great time if you should choose to visit one of these resorts. The Mayan Palace in Puerto Vallarta puts you within walking distance of this wonderful resort town on the Pacific. Golf Courses are only a few miles away at Nuevo Vallarta. There are lots of fun activities available to you here.
