Perfect location at good price

Our second time staying here and loved it as much as the first time. Great location in Flic en Flac. A minute walk to the beach and not much longer to the shops,restaurants and bars. The house is located in a quiet development with the pool located by the house but never intrusive. Great house well appointed and good aircon in the bedrooms. Highly recommend and the owner is fantastic, great communication and most accommodating. If you're looking to stay in Flic En Flac no places beat here.

Superbes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec mon mari et pes enfants. La maison est exactement comme sur les photos. La propreté impeccable et la mer est très proche (a moins d’une minite a pied) ainsi que le supermarché et les restaurants. La residence est calme et bien entretenue. La maison est agréable, rien ne manque ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Propriétaire agréable, professionnel et très réactif : un vrai plus !

Belle villa près de la plage

Nous sommes restés 3 amies pour seulement 3 nuits dans la villa de Frédéric. La villa est située dans une zone surveillée 24h. Juste à côté de la villa, il y a une piscine à usage commun. La plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pied est on peut se promener par heures... La villa est généreusement et Frédéric a toujours été disponible via l'application Whats app ou par téléphone. Nous pouvons fortement recommander la villa. Merci beaucoup pour tout, Frédéric.

Super séjour, belle villa très bien située, propriétaire aux petits soins

Super villa en très bon état dont l'emplacement est idéal : situation en plein cœur de flic en flac aux pieds des commerces/restaurants et juste en face de l'océan. Endroit calme et enchanteur. Belles prestations dans la villa : cuisine neuve toute équipée, grande TV, wi fi, terrasses, multiples douches, jardin arboré très agréable... Le plus : domaine calme et sécurité Merci au propriétaire pour son excellent accueil et sa disponibilité On reviendra!!!

Excellente location en bord de mer

Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable dans cette maison qui est conforme à la description. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. La piscine est au bout du jardin et la plage à moins de 2mns à pied. Les commerces et restaurants sont également à proximité immédiate (supermarché et bar à 5 mns). La résidence est sécurisée avec un gardien à l'entrée 24h/24h. Le WIFI fonctionne très bien. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour répondre rapidement à nos questions. Nous y étions avec nos 2 enfants mais la maison peut accueillir 3 couples sans problème grâce aux 3 Salle d'eau/Wc. Nous y retournerons surement lors d'un prochain séjour. A bientôt
