Nice house nice view nice people

Everything was beautiful. The house is fully airconditioned and has a nice garden. The view is wunderful. Near by the sea and beaches and nice restaurants. The host gives you a lot off tips

The Perfect Holiday

The cottage is beautiful and in very good state (new kitchen, comfy beds), spacious rooms, wonderful garden with lovely pool and enough terraces to sit in the sun or shade - as you like it. We used the barbecue (Weber) and the pizza oven. WLAN was sufficient for four persons simultaneously in the ground floor. All facilities are easily reached by car like several supermarkets, fano shopping center or the fano market on wednesdays and Saturdays. It took 5 minutes to drive to Torrette Beach, walking in the fields took less than 60. The owners are lovely, English-speaking and very caring. But the best is the sea view from almost every corner of the cottage. At the beginning of June it was still very calm am we enjoyed the empty beaches and restaurants. The sea starts flat and safe and the water was already nice and warm.

Herzliche Willkommenskultur

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem architektonisch wunderschönem Haus. Barbara und Giacomo sind herzliche Gastgeber und sehr bemüht, den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir wurden mit Kuchen und Wein empfangen. Martina, Peter und Katze Maya würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Super Haus und super Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Alles wie es beschrieben ist und sogar noch mehr. Es fehlt hier an nichts und man kann einen wundervollen Urlaub auch mit Kindern verbringen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und eines der Highlights mit Panoramaaussicht auf die Adria. Giacomo und Barbara sind super Gastgeber und kümmern sich um alles wenn irgendwelche Probleme auftreten. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar selbstgemachten Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein vom Weingut um die Ecke. Jedes Zimmer hat mittlerweile eine Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter und neue Fenster. Ein schöneres Ferienhaus findet man selten. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage

Tolles Haus mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet. Küche mit großen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine ( Filtertüten Größe 4 mitnehmen), Spülmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr (auch für Kinder),draußen Pizzaofen und Grill. Auch im Außenbereich alles top. Man muss eigentlich außer Klamotten nichts mitnehmen, selbst Spielzeug für die Kinder ist vorhanden. Zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu fahren. Im Umkreis von 6 Kilometern gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unbedingt erwähnen möchte ich noch Giacomo und Barbara. Die beiden sind wundervolle Gastgeber und immer zu erreichen, falls Fragen auftauchen. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es auch beschrieben wird und wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen

Ein schönes Haus mit Blick auf das Meer. Bis den Strand ist 5.min. mit den Wagen. Eine Stunde bis San-Marino. Eine Stunde bis Portonovo.

Incredibilmente bello!!

Siamo stati accolti da persone veramente speciali. La casa è molto bella, un pochino datata ma i proprietari, persone splendide, la stanno man mano mettendo a posto. Vale veramente la pena. Un soggiorno veramente perfetto!! Grazie mille e speriamo in un futuro di poterci tornare
