This beautifully restored villa with a private pool is the perfect retreat for those seeking privacy and relaxation—immersed in nature, yet close to the comforts of the nearby village.
The villa, spread over two levels, offers:
– On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, a TV and reading room, and two bathrooms with showers and toilets.
– On the first floor: three double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower and toilet), and one split-level bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a single bed, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a lush garden filled with trees, flowers, and aromatic plants that release the soothing scents of the countryside. From here, the view stretches over postcard-worthy landscapes—the rolling Marche hills and the historic village of Ostra.
On summer evenings, you can enjoy a lovely dinner on the veranda or gather with friends around the large patio table, spacious yet private thanks to the surrounding greenery.

Thank you for your kindly review but if you were paying more attention at the house description you probably were able to see that is clearly written that the pool is shared with Villa Glicini and the size of it are mentioned.
