– On the first floor: three double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower and toilet), and one split-level bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a single bed, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a lush garden filled with trees, flowers, and aromatic plants that release the soothing scents of the countryside. From here, the view stretches over postcard-worthy landscapes—the rolling Marche hills and the historic village of Ostra.
On summer evenings, you can enjoy a lovely dinner on the veranda or gather with friends around the large patio table, spacious yet private thanks to the surrounding greenery.

That’s why, as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a very special guest: an elegant baby grand piano, left by the Maestro as a precious piece of décor. Though no longer playable, its charm still echoes with stories of music and passion.
