Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 9th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; queen mattresses; cable TV.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

All you need!

The condo is very well equipped for those who prefer to travel light. Everything you need is there. Perfect location to Shops, Restaurants, and places to have fun. Yes, a great view of the beach from the balcony. Private access to the private beach was great, over crowding wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again, if available, when I return to Destin.

This unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed and then some! It was so nice to have added blankets, towels and ample kitchen equipment. Everything was also so spacious. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We loved the peacefulness at the Breakers and look forward to returning.

Perfect Getaway

This condominium was just what we was looking for. Everything was exactly what the pictures showed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and there were plenty of towels and amenities for everyone. The view was fantastic. There was plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the room. The condo was very well cleaned and ready for us to start our vacation. We will definitely be staying again. We highly recommend Breakers East Condominium.

Well kept unit, everything is neat and clean. Minor complaint is that water isn't hot enough in the shower. Also, unit floor had a layer of sand which could be attributed to improper housekeeping. I would recommend.

Everything was perfect and the veiw was like a picture. However, heavy traffic around the location. (but quiet inside) If you are not used to drive then it could be tough. Also, if you want to cook, you better to come with own knife. The knife was too blunt

This property was no exception... amply stocked with everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view of the Gulf. The dryer could use an upgrade (took a couple of cycles to dry clothes), and an ice maker would be a huge add, but overall everything was awesome. Will definitely be coming back!

Loved Breaker's East

Loved our stay and will definitely be using them again in the future. The description and pictures are exactly as described. i was worried it would be smaller than the pictures, but it was so roomy. Something happened with the stove so i messaged Ms. Carolyn and immediately she responded and maintenance was sent the next day. With our rental the rental of the umbrellas/chairs were included the staff at the rental hut was very helpful and understanding. We were very pleased with our stay, communication with Ms. Carolyn, and everything in between. We will definitely be back next year!!
