Welcome to our modern holiday home on the beautiful beach of Costabella, just a 10-minute drive from the old town of Marbella and a 15-minute drive from Puerto Banús.

Many restaurants and beach clubs are within walking distance and the nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute drive away.

Costabella is known for its beautiful beach restaurants and sandy beaches, ideal for a relaxing vacation with family and friends.

The house is built on 2 levels, on the entrance level you will find the beautifully furnished living room and dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen and access to the covered terrace. To the right is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the covered terrace with stunning sea views. There is also a guest toilet on the entrance level.

To get to the ground floor you have to go down the stairs. There you will find 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and another smaller bedroom. On the ground floor there is also a gateway to the lower garden.

The 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are equipped with 180x200 Boxspring beds, the fourth bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 double bed, all rooms have blackout blinds to ensure a good night's sleep.

The bathroom in the main bedroom has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet.

The other 2 bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.

We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal belongings.

The living room has a large and very comfortable sofa and a coffee table with enough space for everyone.

There is also a Smart TV with satellite, Wi-Fi available in all rooms.

The dining room consists of a large dining table with 8 chairs.

The kitchen has a bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

On the covered terrace there is a dining table to enjoy evenings outdoors with family and friends.

In the lower garden there are 4 sun loungers and an outdoor shower for hot days.

In each room there is a separate air conditioner so you can adjust the heating or air conditioning temperature.
