This newly renovated house, bright and decorated in a modern style, is located in the Costabella Urbanization a few meters from the beach, about 7 minutes by car to Marbella center and 40 minutes from Malaga airport.


Costabella is a very quiet and well-kept Urbanization, with Chiringuitos and beach clubs where you can enjoy good food and pleasant days at the beach.


The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen-living room, the main terrace and the 2 bedrooms. On the second floor we find the large terrace.

The spacious living room with electric shutters and access to the terrace with a relaxing garden, with a terrace table to enjoy breakfast outdoors, as it is a few meters from the kitchen. It also has loungers where you can enjoy the sun. The property has Wi-Fi installation with fiber optics.

The 2 bedrooms with hot/cold air conditioning in each of them also have two balconies with access to the garden that surrounds the house. One of the beds is double, the other is two 90 joined mattresses.

Each bedroom has its fully equipped en-suite bathroom and we provide bath towels and bed linen.

The American kitchen also equipped with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. It also has all kinds of kitchenware, plates, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has access to a closed laundry room, where we find the washing machine and the ironing board. It also has another dining table with 2 chairs.

On the upper floor, we find a solarium where you can enjoy very nice views of the sea while enjoying the peace of the surroundings, as well as having a large space for lunches and dinners in pleasant company.
