Beautiful and very well maintained holiday villa just one kilometre from Pollença.

It has a large terrace with a large table for lunch or dinner next to the beautiful swimming pool.

Features: On the ground floor there is a large dining room, separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The back door leads to the rear terrace with barbecue and a smaller table. A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. Two of the bedrooms share a beautiful terrace with stunning views over the countryside. The whole house is luxuriously furnished with wooden furniture and beautiful details. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Central heating costs 1.10 euros per litre and is available on request. This additional cost will be charged at the end of the stay after checking the deposit.



For our little guests we have prepared an exciting playground with a small wooden house outside.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels



IMPORTANT NOTICE



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



Towels for the pool and a welcome pack are provided free of charge with every booking. To help you make the most of your holiday, we provide you with all the information about the surrounding area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide.



We are available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or need help.



Babies are welcome in this holiday home. Cot and high chair are available on request and at no extra cost.





Please let us know your expected arrival time (flight/ship number if applicable) a few days before your arrival so that we can organise the handover of keys together.



Final cleaning are included in the price. Events are not allowed.
