Residencial La Llosa is a modern and cozy new apartment, with swimming pool, playground and solarium (all year round) in gated community, in the village of La Llosa (Castellón).
The apartment is located in a very quiet environment 5 minutes by car (3 km) from the beautiful beaches of Chiches and 10 minutes from the beach of Canet d'En Berenguer.
In summer there are no crowds of people on the beaches so they are ideal to enjoy as a couple or as a family with children. Temperatures are mild all year round, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the beach even in winter.
The 50 m2 apartment is located on the second floor overlooking the Castle of Almenara and has the following facilities:

La Llosa is a small town, typical of Castellón with lots of sun, easily accessible by the A7 / AP7 / N-340-There is a train station. To visit: Valencia is 40 km away, and Castellón 36 km away, the famous Val D'Uixo Grottoes are 8 km away.
