Loved the location. Check in was easy even though we arrived an hour early, they quickly arrived after a 5 minute wait. Everything about the unit was accurate. Overall exceeded our expectations.

Location location location and fabulous balcony

Perfect location, centrally located and walking distance to all our desired sites. We enjoyed the balcony morning, noon and night. We were in the heart of Piazza Novana and could experience all the sights, sounds/music and fabulous smells of delicious food. What a treat to be able to enjoy coffee/tea/cocktails on the fabulous balcony. For me, it was a lil bit of heaven.

Perfect Location

We saw all of Rome and never stepped foot in a taxi once we arrived at this property. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and must see sights. It was nice to live like a local for a few days. Would stay here again.

Perhaps Best Property in Roma?

A wonderful property…perhaps best location in all of Rome! Very elegant appointments just steps from the street with delightful balcony overlooking the beautiful, evocative Piazza Navona. Wonderful host and check in process. We’ll certainly be staying here again in the future!

Perfect Location comfortable Propery

The property couldn’t be better located if you enjoy watching all the activity at Piazza Narvona and being within walking distance of just about everything this is the best! Property had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms one off the kitchen which was a little inconvenient however it was still overall an excellent experience.

Location!

Being situated in Piazza Navona made everything we did accessible and reasonable to stop back by the apartment for anything that we needed throughout the day. The people watching in the Piazza so much fun from the balcony! Be ready to have your picture taken because everyone wants to know how you landed such a great spot!

Perfect location to explore Rome

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment right on Piazza Navona! We loved people-watching from the balcony and having an up close view of the Bernini fountain. There was plenty of room for my family of 6, and the kitchen was very functional for making quick breakfasts when we had early morning tours. The location is central to all the main sites in Rome. We walked to the Vatican in about 20 minutes and the same in the other direction to the Colosseum. Alessia was very helpful in arranging transfers from the airport. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Trip

Myself, my wife and our two children spent eight days in this apartment and we had an amazing time. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly want. The balcony was perfect for early morning coffee or late night wine. The location was ideal. Just a short walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Alessia was wonderful throughout the whole process from booking to setting up airport transfers and check in. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Rome.

Excellent Location off Piazza Navona

Alessia made things so easy for our group. We were able to drop off our things early and freshen up before heading out. The house was rocked with everything we needed and even included a helpful book with how to use the tv, wifi, washer, etc. The true benefit of this place is the location. You get amazing views of Piazza Navona and the balcony let’s you people watch. There are a ton of places close by. We frequented Bar Senato daily for breakfast and it was amazing. Highly recommend renting here!!

Location, Location, Location

The apartment's balcony overlooks the Piazza Navona. So the location was great. Please note that you do have to carry your suitcases up one flight of stairs - maybe an issue for some. We had 4 strong boys who carried our luggage. We were not bothered by any noise in the Piazza and enjoyed people watching from above. We did have some hiccups; however, the issues were resolved.

DISAPOINTMAN IS AN UNDERSTATEMAN

I have rented 5 apartments in Rome in the past two years ,3 times in Piazza Navona. It's hard to describe all the inconveniences that this apartment has. : The doors and windows are NOT soundproof therefore sleeping is all must imposiblethe, noise after midnight from trucks, and all kinds of cleaning and picking up trash remains until 5 am. You have to live from your suitcases because drawers do not exist in any bedroom nor do hangers for slacks. There are crooked steps all over the place, to the rooms, to the bathrooms to the kitchen. The floors are stained and look dirty all over the apartment. Alessia was very nice. We stayed for 8 nights and do not recommend this apartment

Being in the city center. There is a lot of shops, restaurants and plenty of site seeing all in walking distance, There are also a lot of taxis or Ubers right down the street 1 minute walk. We did feel safe in the area

This is a great place to stay in Rome. The view out the back of the apartment is the Fountain in the Piazza Dei Navona - spectacular! The apartment was comfortable, and we loved everything about it! You will not be disappointed with this property!

The apartment is right in the heart of Piazza Navona with a small balcony to people watch and enjoy the beat of Rome. The bedrooms were spacious, cool with air conditioning and a large living room to relax. The kitchen is tucked away, but had everything we needed. The contact was lovely and welcoming. If I had any feedback other than loving our stay is that a few of the art pieces were very inappropriate for families with younger kids; especially the master bedroom. Otherwise, it is a great spot!
