Studio with great views and location, close to the slopes, shops, restaurants.
Larger than standard studio of 24 m2 with great views back down the valley towards Lac du Chevril.
Ski in to the door and ski out within 50 meters from the apartment, the link ski path will take you down to the two main chairlifts, and a nursery slope. Within the same distance you will find a great choice of restaurants and bars, a supermarket, ski schools, ski hire shops, a bus stop with the free frequent buses to get around the resorts various areas: Le Lavachet, Le Lac and Val Claret. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the sought-after Le Home Club in Le Lavachet, on the quiet side of the building to guarantee a much needed nights rest before hitting the slopes the next day.
It is equipped for up to 4 people: 1 double sofa bed and 2 bunk beds that could be closed off from the main living area.
The main room has fast broadband/WI-FI, TV, DVD player, and a CD player. Also a kitchenette with oven/grill, microwave, 2 hobs, sink, fridge with freezer section, full sized dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and cupboards full of pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc.
Bathroom contains bath with a good pressure shower above, wash basin and toiletry storage. A hairdryer is also available in the apartment.
Ski locker for skis, snowboards and boots is located on the ground floor.
Bed linen is not included in the price, you can either rent from our representative on site (we will provide details or we can arrange it for you for an extra fee, the bedding will be then waiting for you it in the room on your arrival ) or you are welcome to bring your own.

TIGNES SKILLS RENTAL is a privately run business by David and Iryna renting out our own ski apartments.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is situated at 2100 mtrs in the Tignes valley, our village Le Lavachet is by far the best of the 3 villages. Tignes is in the acclaimed Espace Killy ski area in France, which links Val d'Isere and Tignes. The Grand Motte glacier offers skiing right through into early May, and then re-opens again in July until early August.
There is a green run back into the car pack by the front door of the apartment block Le Home Club. You only need to walk about 50 mtrs to be able to ski/board to the nearest lifts which are Le Paquis and Chaudannes.
You will wake up every morning to the stunning views over the valley featuring mountains, alpine forest and a turquoise water lake. The apartment is conveniently situated close to shops, bars and restaurants. There is plenty of activities you can do in Tignes in winter or summer. A purposely built Lagoon complex offers a wellness centre, a swimming pool with slides and a gym. Tignespace complex offers further leasure facilities such as tennis courts, badminton courts, trampolining, rock climbing and much more.
