Our staff has increased our efforts to disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, and remote controls. Our staff will be vigilant to keep themselves safe as well as our guests. We encourage individuals who are sick to stay home. We believe that our homes will be safer than a large hotel, but there are no guarantees. We have relaxed our cancellation policies if you become ill and need to stay home. Bring your family to this lovely home in the heart of the Treasure Valley. Three bedrooms downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom. Quiet subdivision on the edge of town. Five minutes to Interstate 84, restaurants, and grocery store. Less than ten minutes to the movies, shopping and the gym.
This subdivision has its own swimming pool you are welcome to enjoy during the summer months, and it is close to a beautiful city park.

Parking was easy. Pool and playground were a 3 minute walk. House was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. This place fit all our needs and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The owners are kind and accommodating. The home is fully supplied for any needs you may have, like a well stocked kitchen & extra blankets. Highly recommend.

This place was a great find. It was significantly cheaper than comparable places on Meridian and had everything we needed. It was nice to have access to the community pool and I appreciate extra bathrooms. It was clean and nice quiet neighborhood, plus close to good grocery stores. I would definitely stay again.

The Positive: Amy was wonderful to work with. Communication was perfect. The location was good. Quite neighborhood and neighbors. Well equipped with small appliances. Large master bedroom and bathroom. The yards were well taken care of.The Negatives: The house was not cleaned very well. The intake vents for the Hvac system were clogged and dirty as well as the guest bathroom ceiling vent. The carpet in one of the guest rooms has a large stain. The walls and baseboard could use a fresh coat of paint.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and every thing we needed. It was convenient for eating and othere places we needed to go to. I needed to talk to the owners and was able to talk with them with a single phone call. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this house for everyone.

Everything was great accept having enough seating in living room, one loveseat would really accommodate guests, given it can sleep eight there is only seating for 5 on couch and 6 at table.Otherwise space was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. Host are really great too! Always got back to me right away.

Welcome to our home. We are proud parents of six grown children, one, who has Down syndrome, lives with us. We work together to advocate for people with disabilities through art, and speeches about Self Determination. We have a son who is a Lieutenant in the Army stationed in Hawaii, two daughters who live here in the Boise area, and two daughters who live in Central California. We learned to love VRBOs while traveling with our kids. Great way to stay together and save money! Check out our other properties .

Why they chose this property

This is a family friendly home, one we would enjoy staying in. It has plenty of room and a beautiful patio. In the winter, our family would enjoy being so close to Bogus for a day of skiing. In the summer, we would enjoy a BBQ on the patio and a swim in the subdivision's neighborhood pool.
We love the location - away from the hubbub of the city, but centrally located if we want to go anywhere in the Treasure Valley.
