We welcome you to Polkerris Beach House.The house was extensively remodelled and renovated during 2015 and has been wowing guests for the past two years. The property is a beautifully presented contemporary residence located directly on the beach and 200 metres from East Wittering village.

Perfect for two families sharing or large groups It has stunning views of the sea and light airy decoration which exude coastal living. The calm all white interior is gracefully combined with a collection of antiques and comfortable soft furnishings.

The living room is at the heart of the property with wood burning stove for cosying up on cooler evenings and a contemporary sun room which houses the dining table with access straight to the garden and beach through south-facing bi-fold doors.

There are 4 bedrooms ( including the beautifully appointed master bedroom and sea facing balcony ) and two bathrooms enabling 10 guests ample living space. Situated at the back of the property there is the garden which provides full privacy and wind shelter for sun worshipers to relax in.

The pictures don’t actually do this house justice. It is far more beautiful and relaxing than they could possibly convey. We had a wonderful time. The hosts were super helpful and responsive and kind. We had a hiccough at the start which they sorted quickly and efficiently and we enjoyed all the facilities and well appointed kitchen. Our only recommendation would be to have a freezer in the house not just the garage but as it was a beautiful sunny few days a trip across the garden was no hardship. We enjoyed being so close to the beach but also having a lovely garden to relax in too. We will certainly return.

Christmas at the Beach

We spent a 4-night Christmas holiday at Polkerris involving family members from 1 year old to 70. Great position right on the beach, superb for summer holidays (we imagine) and good for our winter strolls with views across to the Isle of Wight. Rob was very helpful in setting the property up for us and allowed us some latitude with booking in and departure times. Clean and well equipped, it didn't let us down.

Stunning location

Great time at a stunning location. The house is lovely . Twin beds a bit of a pain ( we knew when booked ) and maybe kitchen a little tired bit didnt detract We would definately like to go again
