Quiet and comfortable apartment, great for relaxing stays for those who want to experience the magical atmosphere of the past Ferrara, reading lying on the bright and large terrace, or letting roaming on the rooftops and surrounding gardens
Outside the door, via xx September, the magnificent Costabili palace Spina Museum home Walk or bike in 10 minutes the Jewish ghetto, the Schifanoia palace, Casa Romei, the castle, the cathedral. A little further away Ariostea Square is the Museum of Judaism and Shoa, the Diamond Palace
It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a double bedroom, a single, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed and a large terrace.

Leider eine sehr hellhörige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Alberto war ein hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation mit ihm war eineandfrei. Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber des malerischen Archäologischen Museums und hat eine große Terrasse gen Norden. Fast vor der Haustür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle für eine Fahrt in das großartige Zentrum von Ferrara mit Kastell, Kathedrale und Palazzo Municipiale. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben, die Küche war nach unserem Geschmack nur spärlich eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer nicht sehr gemütlich (Plastikstühle). Der ganz wesentliche Schwachpunkt der Wohnung war die große Hellhörigkeit, die Bewohner über uns (Studenten?) waren vor allem spät in der Nacht nicht zu überhören - jedenfalls in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer. Daher sind wir nicht alle sieben Nächte geblieben, sondern buchten die letzten drei Nächte ein Hotel in Padua. Vielleicht hätten wir uns früher bei Alberto beschweren sollen - möglicherweise hätte er auf die Bewohner einwirken können. Die Wohnung ist ganz sicher sehr gut für junge Leute geeignet, die nicht lärmempfindlich sind.

Soggiorno ottimio

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole nei 2 appartamenti: puliti, grandi e comodi (eravamo un gruppo di 12 persone di cui 6 bambini). Ottima anche la distanza dal castello (10 minuti a piedi con bambini) e dai vari ristoranti. Consigliato.

Davanti al Museo Archeologico

Casa accogliente in un quartiere con piccoli negozi di alimentari sempre aperti. Il suo punto di forza è la vista sul palazzo del Museo Archeologico (ingresso proprio davanti al portone di casa) e quindi la possibilità di visitare questo splendido museo tutte le volte che si vuole senza fatica. Ho amato molto la vista notturna, dalla finestra del soggiorno, del Museo illuminato. Un apprezzamento al proprietario che ha dotato la casa di molti interessanti libri su Ferrara, oltre ai depliants. Consiglio invece la sostituzione del divano in soggiorno che è un pò traballante e scomodo, Dato il soggiorno invernale non abbiamo potuto approfittare del terrazzo visibile in foto. Camera matrimoniale e soggiorno sono ampi, mentre la cameretta è adatta per una persona. Perfetta quindi per tre persone, se si vuole stare comodi. Appartamento pulito con ampia dotazione di biancheria. Zona molto tranquilla con poco traffico,senza problemi di parcheggio: con una passeggiata di 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro.

Paradiesische Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist fabelhaft eingerichtet und ideal, um die wunderbare Stadt Ferrara und das an Kunstschätzen so reiche Umland zu erkunden. Und die Terrasse ist Frühstücksraum, Salon und Ruheort mit herrlichem Blick und Amselgesang. Deshalb ist der Straßenlärm nach vorne raus(nur morgens und abends) zu vernach- lässigen. Alberto weiß alles über Land und Leute, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist so freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig, dass man sich allerbestens versorgt und aufgehoben fühlt.

Pour vivre comme des Ferrarais

"1- Appartement conforme à la description, agréable, lumineux et bien équipé Rue assez animée mais calme le soir et très calme la nuit (d''ailleurs la chambre donne sur la terrasse, sur l''arrière de la maison). 2- Stationnement de la voiture: peu de chance de trouver une place dans la rue, le reste du quartier étant réservé aux résidents, mieux vaut aller au-delà de la Porta Romana (l''arc qui clôt la rue à 500m ) il y a une place devant les Bagni ducali où le parking est libre et assez sûr. 3- Pour l''approvisionnement quelques boutiques proches mais la supérette un peu fournie est Piazza Verdi (1,4km vers la ville) et le premier supermarché Via Bologna (3,4km au sud) 4- Accès assez facile aux sites touristiques ou culturels: Museo Archeologico devant la maison, Palazzo Schiffanoia et autres à quelques minutes à pied. Pour ce qui est un peu plus éloigné, il faut être bon marcheur, ou prendre le vélo (à disposition) ou le bus, (arrêt en face la maison) 5- Accueil chaleureux et bonne documentation touristique à disposition. Tout est là pour un excellent séjour – Raymond.J "

The apartment is very com...

The apartment is very comfortable for the stay for 3-4 person family. The location near the center of beautiful Ferrara, cleanliness, amenities, big terrace "on the level of the roofs of old city", friendly neighbours and safety of this fully equipped apartment, which is owned by friendly open and competent people, was the best choice what we may wish. The compensation for the little noise (heard only in sitting room and kitchen, early mornings and during weekend nights), which was making by cars and motorbikes, was very good bus connection with other part of the city and railway station. We honestly reccommend this apartment.
