Luxurious Detached Villa with private pool not covered that could be heated during the ereserve period only 20 € per day (inform imperatively 5 days before arrival to heat the pool). The choice of this option must correspond to the duration of your reservation.
This little piece of paradise offers a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains.
This villa is sunny, and fully equipped for a perfect stay in the ocher city. Traditionally decorated, it provides a delicious sensation of authenticity and modernity, recommended for lovers of sunbathing, calm and relaxation.
Located in a gated residence, it has a security service day and night, allowing quiet walks in peace. Only a few minutes from the Palmeraie of Marrakech, the location of the villa allows you to enjoy camel rides, quad biking or cycling. Less than 5 minutes by car, you will also find the prestigious golf courses of Marrakech.
Villa ZAHOUA is also less than 15 minutes drive from the city center (Quartier Guéliz), the district Hivernage (upscale neighborhood of Marrakech), and the famous Jamaâ El Fanae Square (recognized by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage Oral of humanity);
Rented obligatorily with a maid service to ensure your comfort and ensure the daily household chores. She could prepare your meals according to the menu available on the spot (you will only have to do the shopping). You can rent a car with driver extra.
Parking is free; pets are not allowed.

Très belle villa et bien chauffée, bon accueil, propreté impeccable, tout fonctionne parfaitement bien, que se soit le chauffage, l'eau chaude, douche (nous étions 12), volets roulants....
Fatija qui est sur place, est une personne très dévouée, elle cuisine merveilleusement bien, nous étions une famille de douze, et tout le monde à trouvé sa place, la villa est très spacieuse, lumineuse, la grande chambre est magnifique et une vue exceptionnelle.
Ce qui est vraiment dommage, c'est qu'il devait y avoir au moins les ingrédients de base, sucre, sel, poivre, vinaigre, quelques épices de base.....parce qu'il à fallu tout acheter jusqu'àu sel, sucre......et même si il y a une liste , c'est compliqué de faire des courses quand on ne connais pas....pour 3 nuits, nous y avons diner que deux soirs uniquement, et les petits déjeuner. finalement perte de temps à faire les courses car on doit le faire obligatoirement les faire nous même.
on aurai préféré que se soit fait à l'avance et payer à l'arrivée...surtout que l'on à une personne avec qui on communique facilement à l'avance par whatsapp, mais qui était catégorique sur ce point, nous devons faire les courses nous même.
Pour faire les courses , il y a un genre d'entrepôt (type Metro en France), ou l'on trouve de tout , viande, légumes, fruits ,poissons tout est frais , et à 5 minutes en voiture.
pour le matin nous allions à pied à la petite épicerie locale juste à coté qui avait du pain et brioche local et frais
Malgré tout cela prend du temps, alors qu'on aurait aimé le passer à faire autre chose.
le centre ville est à 30 minutes et non à 15.
nous avons passé un agréable séjour, exeptionnel !!

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Villa Zahoua. Le lieu est paisible et sécurisé, la déco traditionnelle, les équipements modernes, le service, l'hygiène et les plats marocains impeccables. Les enfants ont beaucoup profité de la piscine chauffée. A peine partis que nous pensons déjà y retourner. Mille mercis

The villa is newly done, and very spacious in a secured complex for your comfort the villa has its own privet swimming pool, although the pool is not covered, but for additional 20 euros per day and under a prior request of 3 days upon arrival, guests can enjoy heated pool.
