We’re delighted to welcome back into our portfolio this magnificent & very popular family home, which has been fully refurbished to a very high standard by its new owners.
LIVING & EATING As you enter the home, you are greeted by the smart, bright living room, which leads through to the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, and onto a small private patio garden. On the second floor of the house there is a further decked private roof terrace with table and chairs.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The home has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has a UK superking (6ft wide) bed, plentiful storage space, and is served by an adjacent bathroom which comprises of a bath rather than shower, whilst the first floor accommodates two further bedrooms, one with a UK king (5ft wide) bed, the second with a standard double (4ft wide) bed. A second, family bathroom is located between these two rooms, with a large shower stall, basin and WC.
LAYOUT & ACCESS The home is accessed at street level and is set over three floors, with a central staircase between them. Please note that the underground runs to the rear of this property - the home is well insulated for sound and we’ve accommodated happy guests for many years here, but the home may not be suitable for those particularly sensitive to sound.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP The location of this home is almost unbeatable. Tucked away on a small residential cul-du-sac road just behind the famous Walton Street, Michelin building and a mere five minutes' walk from the heart of the Kings Road, you are spoiled for excellent restaurants, boutique shopping and a world of culture within easy reach of this beautiful corner of South Kensington. The Natural History & Science Museums and V&A are very close by, and with South Kensington tube station just up the road, the West End (via the Piccadilly Line) and Houses of Parliament (via the District Line) are within very easy reach.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teen agers that prefer their own beds - so this property was perfect. Amenities that were great: hot water, coffee pot for morning coffee, washer and dryer, living area was very comfortable, location was amazing. We walked to Kings Rd and Harrods. Breakfast options were fantastic and were within walking distance. We walked to the Tube everyday, perfect for an American family looking to sight see.

The property was great…problems with key pickup and the train noise kept one of us awake. We loved the location and the size.

Beautiful property, looked even better in person! Cozy and roomy inside the home and we loved the large beds, comfy couch and kitchen with dine in sunny area. Perfect upscale location and smooth booking process with the management company. We would love to stay here again!!
Loved the location - close to train, restaurants. The neighborhood is very upscale and we felt very safe. All of the rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and the kitchen is sun-filled. We used the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Great stay!
Convenient location for all the central London sights, easy walking distance to V&A and the Science Museum. Restaurants and shops all around for all your needs. The house is comfortable and generously stocked for easy meals at home. Appreciated the many small touches that made our home from home a win. 10/10 would rent again.
Superb location, very clean, beds really comfortable. Close to Underground, which is very helpful, we did hear the trains but it wasn’t intrusive. Check in and check out were easy. It is in a really high-end luxury neighborhood, lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Pricey, but worth it.
Comfortable, charming, and well appointed! Great location close to the tube and on a quiet street within a great neighborhood, a wonderful home to relax in after a day seeing all the sights London has to offer. Check in process is easy, entire process is clear, simple and well stated. Owners are attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We visited London for a week with our two adult children. The townhouse was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen contained everything we needed. The location was amazing with many restaurant options nearby. The subway line was very convenient and we rarely had to switch to another train. There was one show and one tub.
This is a beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood, just a few blocks from the South Kensington tube station. The property manager was easy to reach and prompt with communication. The house was clean, tidy and well-decorated. I'd recommend this property with a few comments. One of the bathrooms doesn't have a shower, only a tub, which is worth mentioning. And, there is no toilette on the ground level. Lastly, we had to travel elsewhere (not too far) to pick up the keys, which was a small pain after a long flight. Otherwise, we loved it very much.

Property was as depicted in photos and the location was accurate. Everything in the house was in working order and the property was well maintained.
It was a minor inconvenience to retrieve the keys from a different location as we were arriving with bags in a taxi and traffic was lousy
Love this house and location. Well-equipped. Did not love check in process at other location that didn't open til 9:00 am. We had to wait almost an hour in cafe next door after traveling all night to get keys. All in all a lovely house and would stay again but if arriving early, would try to make arrangements to get keys another way. There was also only one shower in the house (which is stated in description) but keep in mind if you have several people staying there. Couldn't beat location, very close to South Kensignton tube and lots of restaurants/grocery etc.
We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and bigger than I expected. Perfect for my husband, myself and our two grown daughters. The kitchen (very well equipped), as well as the bathrooms had been renovated. The bedrooms were a good size and the mattresses were comfortable. The outdoor space off the top floor looked nice with a table and chairs but it was too cold to sit out there. The location was excellent - hard to find better. A lovely quiet street that is close to so much and we walked most places. The management company was very responsive and helpful - when my daughter got sick, they recommended a few Dr’s close by. My only issue was the noise of the tube, to be fair I knew about it from other reviews and the listing. We got used to it plus we were out and about during the day.
We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to to rent the house again.
This home was perfect for our family and our stay in London.
Central to all neighborhoods and lovely cafes and groceries all within waking distance.
Felt very safe and quiet neighborhood.
The 6 of us spent 6 nights at this property and everything exceeded our expectations. The house has 3 bedrooms and two baths and everything is updated and well equipped. Location in South Kensington is fantastic with an easy walk to the underground, shops and restaurants. Train will take you to and from LHR to South Kensington station.
We had a full house and celebrated Thanksgiving here with some friends and family. The owner was very responsive to our need for two dining chairs that were missing. The kitchen was great for cooking the meal and the dining room was a charming space to celebrate. We had a wonderful week and would stay again. Thank you!
(My only issue was that we had to go to another location to pick up the keys. Perhaps you could have a combo lock or key lock-box on the front door or someone could meet visitors at the home with the keys.)
Super maison - très agréable et proche des commerces !

Lovely home in a great neighborhood
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in this property. Clean and spacious bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen. Right in the midst of a fun shopping area with great selection of restaurants and cafes. Short walk to South Kensington Underground station. A/C would have been nice, as we were there during a hot summer week, but each bedroom has a good fan which helps. All in all, a lovely property.
