This spacious apartment is within walking distance of the Square and the main beach of Carvoeiro - just 5 minutes walk. It has private parking and a pool (condomium only shared with 14 other properties).



It is beautifully deorated and furnished and has fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms with terrace off two of them. There is also a terrace outside the lounge where there is the outside dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a separate utility area.

This lovely apartment is situated within walking distance to Carvoeiro centre with its fantastic range of restaurants, bars, picturesque beach and newly installed broadwalk across the cliffs to Algar Seco.

Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins

It is a beautiful and comfortable house in a good location and quiet at the same time. Short walking distance to Carvoeiro beach and all restaurants, cafes and even small supermarket. Nice and helpful host! I recommend this place for your visit to Algarve.

The apartment is in a nice quiet location just a short walk to the main part of town with a lovely bakery/cafe just a few yards away . It is clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. I also liked the secure private parking. I would definitely use it again when visiting Carvoeiro.

This property is so close to all the restaurants, bar and beach. Any problems and the management company soon rectify. The pool area is very peaceful with plenty of sunbeds. The bonus this year was holidaying whilst the Carvoeiro black and white festival took place. It was fantastic.

The house is situated in a quiet area a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town. It has a nice size pool in a secluded spot which is a real sun trap. The house it’s self is well equipped and is a very comfortable space. There is a lovely bakery/ cafe next door which is a real treat. I have used this house twice now and would happily do it again.

A great holiday but a few issues

A property in need of some updating, but clean, comfortable and a fabulous location. The cleaners did an excellent job and Elite were very responsive to any issues that arose. Would recommend to families with older children. Deal with difficult residents who make holiday makers lives a misery (one residing owner) and uncomfortable. Ban topless sunbathing, nudity around young children is not acceptable. Allow lilos and balls (in moderation) - at a family property these should be allowed. Clean the pool toilets.

We always book the same apartment through Elite. Already booked up for next year. Situated just minutes from the town and beach. It’s very spacious and spotless. Elite always respond very quickly if you need them. Keep doing what you do best. We will always use Elite. You’re the best so nothing to improve on.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Carvoeiro, la ville et les environs. c'est un bel emplacement pour passer quelques jours et profiter des différents attraits aux alentours de la ville (excursion en bateau à partir de Portimao, visite de Lagos, accès à la plage, visite agrotouristique vers Lagos ou Monchique, balade à Silves, ou encore Albufeira, Faro et tout le reste que nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de visiter). Le logement dispose de nombreuses pièces et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement sans nous piler sur les pieds à 5 personnes. Il y a des serviettes pour la plage et une cuisine agréable pour cuisiner soi-même. La ville dispose de plusieurs restaurants, bars et cafés.

Second stay at this property and already booked it for 2025. It’s kept immaculately clean by cleaners. The pool is beautiful, and the apartment is absolutely huge, easily fit 7 people. You have your own parking spot which is a must for us as we always hire a car, and so close to the town and beach. I can’t say enough about Elite and their quick response time to any questions or problems you may have. I can’t really see anything that you can improve on. Carry on doing what you do

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A nice surprise was that there were towels to use for showering (and there were more than enough) and then there were other towels that could be brought to the outside poolthe beach. In addition, there were two parasols for the beach that we could borrow which was super useful when we went to the beaches where you couldn’t rent chairs and parasols. The apartment had an iron, an iron table, and a washing machine, which is super useful if you are travelling light and need to wash the few items you have with you. Kathrine was super quick in answering any questions and was really helpful.

me and my kids enjoyed the place and the facilities, the pool was nice and we were close to everything on foot. The city is beautiful, albeit too touristy for me. On the other hand in the complex I would take another place a little further away , it was very disturbing the garage door and we could hear the neighbors. But we still enjoyed it.

Lovely well situated apartement in Carvoeiro

The apartement was exactly as in the photos & description ! Clean, spacious, well decorated, calm & only a short walk from the centre. Not all the flats were occupied at the beginning of June & the pool area was calm & though unheated was not cold. It was a real bonus, as was the parking. Security is good due to the coded gates & there was a very friendly atmosphere in the small complex. The local Portugese bakery was also a real plus!! We were a mixed group - 2 couples, a sister & a 22 yr old nephew & this accomodation catered for everyone's needs. We had an excellent week & recommend this apartement, Elite Rentals & Carvoeiro !
