This beautiful villa is located in Esporles, this village is located in one of the valleys of the Sierra de Tramuntana, about 15 km northwest of the capital, Palma and the airport. The house is located on an 8,000 m2 estate, with 180 m2 of built-up area distributed in three buildings. The land has two levels. On the first level is a large living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second level there is a large dining room, with a large table, with a kitchen and pantry, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom, a room with a washing machine, and a 10 x 5 metre saltwater pool.

The house is located 3 km from the town of Esporles, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and post offices.

- Any excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, and will also keep the deposit.
