Comfortable two-room apartment accessed via ramp of internal stairs.
The apartment is perfectly furnished and equipped with all comforts. Guests can enjoy the large garden, the swimming pool and the small wellness area with outdoor sauna and whirlpool (from June to September). They can also relax in the shade of the vine-covered pergola on hot summer afternoons.
The apartment is located in a structure with 6 other apartments (one lives in the owners, while the others are rented for the holidays).
The apartment is composed of:
- Living area with kitchenette equipped with fridge, two electric plates, microwave oven and dishwasher), 19 "LCD TV and satellite decoder (on request), sofa bed with two single beds.

- Sleeping area with 160 cm double bed, with built-in wardrobe.

- Bathroom with shower.

- Small balcony dominating the valley and the garden.
