When I first set eyes on this apartment, along with its magnificent location, I knew that it could be made into a perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday, for those seeking style, elegance & simplicity.
Situated on the second floor in a private condominium with an elevator and nearby two five star resorts with eight top restaurants (including one with a Michelin Star), this place caters for every taste.
Those who love the sea have the option of going to some of the most breathtaking beaches of the Algarve. The nearest beach can be reached within ten minutes walking distance.
Guests who prefer to lie by the pool have access to one on the premises (which has an open snack bar in the summer months).
Tourists also have access to a tennis court and children´s playground.
This apartment is ideally suited for one or two couples or a family of four or even for those on a business trip.
Bedroom I consists of one large double bed, along with wardrobe space. Bedroom II consists of two twin beds (which can be made into a double bed) and wardrobe space.
The bathroom has a spacious shower and two wash basins.
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven with gas hubs.
The living area with its open space makes for a very relaxing atmosphere, along with its stunning views. Guests can have a meal outside on the veranda or in the dining area.

Lovely relaxing located apartment

This apartment is well situated if you are looking for somewhere quite and away from the hussle and bussle yet with everything on your doorstep. Due to the Covid situation and the UK airbridge list I was unsure if we could take our holiday in Portugal. Thankfully Andrea the owner was super and very relaxed and understood the situation so we did not confirm our arrival until close to our booking date. We arrived and received a nice welcome and Andrea was very thorough in telling us about all the facilities. The apartment has a good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is a 5 min drive away and easy to park. Because Porches is located in the middle of the Algarve it is easy to go east or west of there to enjoy what the Algarve has to offer. The apartment is modern and bright with a lovely terrace that has views out to the sea. There is a communal pool on site for residents that is heated and good for kids and grown ups. If we return to Portugal I would definitely look to rent this apartment again.

Es más un hogar que un apartamento.

Inmejorable. Aunque parezca mentira, es un hogar, con todo nuevo o muy cuidado, camas estupendas, limpio, moderno y con todos los detalles para sentirse como en casa. Recomendable al 101%. Volveremos.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Poolbereich wunderschön und ruhig. Erwähnen wollen wir auch noch den traumhaften Blick aufs Meer.

Beautiful place

The apartment was modern, clean, with all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view in the distance. It was peaceful and very comfortable. We loved our time here and will return if we’re ever in the Algarve again.

Très bel appartement confortable!

D’abord, le gps ne nous envoyait pas au bon endroit, mais arrivés sur place, Andrea nous attendait. Les plus: Très bel appartement (les photos ne rendent pas justice). Lits confortables, vue magnifique, petites attentions, serviettes de plages et parasol à disposition, glace et blocs de glace dans le congélateur, accès à la piscine (avec bar et casse-croûte), situation géographique centrale pour visiter l’Algarve. Les moins: la piscine ferme à 20h, un peu éloigné des belles villes où marcher le soir, et il n’y avait plus de détergent à linge et n’y avait pas de savon de douche/ shampooing. Superbe endroit, nous recommandons!

Great apartment with a beautiful view of Armação de Pera and the beaches.

The apartment is well appointed, clean and neat. It is located very close to a supermarket and you can walk into the little town of Armacao de Pera. The landlady Andrea is extremely helpful.

Parfait

Tout était parfait de l’arrivée au départ. Andrea nous a accueillis avec le sourire et plein d’attentions dans l’appartement (vinho verde, olives, bouteilles d’eau, sardines,…). L’idéal pour bien démarrer le séjour et pour profiter d’un apéro vue sur l’ocean. L’emplacement est idéal: des plages magnifiques à quelques minutes à pied et des villes telles que Faro à 45mn en voiture, idéal pour découvrir la région et la Ria Formosa. Bref, un lieu que je recommande et dans lequel je retournerai sans doute l’été prochain.

Gepflegtes und sauberes Appartment mit optimaler Infrastruktur

Nachsaison sehr ruhig und angenehm

Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf das Meer, modern eingerichtet, alles ist da, Betten sehr gut, Pool sehr sauber, die Anlage am Pool auch sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin Andrea war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und deutschsprachig. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Tolle Gastgeberin, wunderschöne Wohnung mit genialen Ausblick

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung von Andrea. Ich kann den Aufenthalt nur jedem empfehlen. Es ist für alles gesorgt. So kenne ich das von anderen Ferienwohnung nicht. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wenn mal Not am Mann ist oder man etwas braucht ist Andrea sofort zur Stelle. Auf so etwas sollte man auch Wert legen. Mir hat es aufjedefall in einer Situation sehr geholfen. Die Übergabe läuft reibungslos und man darf auf Anfrage sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung. Andrea hat sich gleich nach der Buchung mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und uns den Ablauf genau geschrieben. Sogar die exakten Standortkoordinaten. Das war super. Wir haben die Wohnung mühelos gefunden. Sie liegt am höchsten Punkt von Porches und die man hat es nicht weit nach Logos oder zu den tollen Stränden. Morgens hat man auf dem Balkon die gute Meeresluft und kann die Möwen hören. Einfach wunderbar, auch die Nachbarn sind alle nett. Die Wohnung liegt angegrenzt an einem Luxusresort. Die Poolarea war sauber und es hat uns gut gefallen dort im Cafe zu sitzen und den Kindern beim Schwimmen zuzusehen. .... alles top und 1 A dort.

Excellente adresse

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Andréa qui est une personne très sympathique , très accueillante (une bouteille de vin, des boites de sardines...et même un bouquet de fleurs sont placés dans l’appartement pour vous souhaiter la bienvenue, c’est assez rare!). Elle est très disponible en cas de besoin et très réactive. Si nous revenons en Algarve, nous reviendrons très certainement chez Andréa. Merci pour tout.

Andrea’s place is perfect for an Algarve vacation for this Canadian couple

This clean, well equipped two bedroom apartment was perfect for us and Andrea was a supreme hostess! When we inquired about a blender, she came by one day with a new one for us to use to make smoothies. Our stay was during the heightened tensions surrounding the Corona Virus and she came through with support and assurance as we worried about possible cessation of flights. During ourp two week stay, we frequented local grocery and restaurant businesses and travelled to nearby towns and beaches. The Algarve is a wonderful March getaway as it is sunny but not hot and both friendly and easy to get around. Andrea and her wonderful apartment are the icing on the cake! Obrigato!

A little bit of heaven

We had a wonderful time staying in Andreas 'apartment. The flowers, bread and sardines were a pleasant and thoughtful welcome. (we have not eaten the sardines yet) The only problem we had was with the shower.. it did drain properly. After alerting Andrea and Victor to the problem they came by immediately. A little investigative work, a visit to a plumbing supply, some repairs and Voila! problem fixed. Andrea was always ready and willing to answer my myriad of questions. All in all, a wonderful stay in Porches: great weather, great apartment, great hostess, well done!

Fantastische Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sie ist sehr ruhig und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Andrea war schon im Vorfeld eine sehr zuvorkommende und zugewandte Gastgeberin und auch vor Ort immer kontaktierbar. Zur Ankunft standen ein liebevoll gepackter Willkommenskorb und frische Blumen bereit. Danke! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Dann aber länger!

Vacances idéales

Tout simplement la perfection pour des vacances inoubliables. Location en tout point conforme avec la description. Le point fort, la vue splendide sur l’océan. C’est tout simplement génialissime. Location tout confort, moderne et avec 2 belles chambres. Cuisine toute équipée avec toujours cette vue incroyable. Résidence avec piscine très agréable et spacieuse et idéalement située. Fabulous apartment with lovely sea views.

We stayed for 6 nights in August - family of 4. Apartment was perfect & our teens enjoyed sunbathing by the pool. Small balcony for breakfast & evening drinks with lovely sea views. Easy short walk to some lovely beaches and several local restaurants. Good area for boat trips and sightseeing in the algarve. We had a great welcome from Andrea who met us at the apartment & provided a basket of bread, sardines, wine and other goodies.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé avec 1 propriétaire très accueillante et disponible

Superbe séjour de 5 nuits en famille dans ce très bel équipement rénové récemment avec beaucoup de charme. Tres fonctionnel, très beaux volumes, très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique de la pièce de vie et de la terrasse. Et que dire de sa propriétaire Andrea !! C'est 1 personne charmante, très accueillante, très serviable et disponible, aux petits soins pour ses locataires. En temoigne toutes les petites attentions pour vous accueillir : corbeille d'orange, bouteilles d'eau, de vin, sardinade, baguette, bouquet de lys ... En un mot, la réalité de la location est complètement conforme à son descriptif et aux avis laissés par les vancanciers. Tout simplement SUPERBE !!!

Eine supertolle Wohnung in einem schönen Ort. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten uns den Urlaub genau so gewünscht. Eine tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Lage in einem schönen Ort mit nicht zu viel Tourismus. Und trotzdem blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Ganz einfach: Alles ist perfekt!

Bereits vor Reiseantritt lief alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappt reibungslos. Wir reisten als Familie mit zwei Jungs (15 und 12) an. Beim Check-in wird alles wunderbar erklärt und Hilfe angeboten. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Es herrscht Ruhe in der Anlage. Das DSL/WLAN (für die Gen XYZ überlebenswichtig) funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Das "Willkommenspaket" mit Oliven, Sardinen, Wein und Brot ist eine großzügige Geste. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die fußläufige Nähe zum ordentlich sortierten Supermarkt hilft bei der täglichen Versorgung. Die Lage ist wunderbar für all diejenigen, die tagsüber zwar gerne in den wuseligen Touristen-Hochburgen wie Lagos, Portimao oder Albufeira sind, abends aber lieber ihre Ruhe haben. Die Anlage liegt sehr gut, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Nahezu alles was man sich anschauen will (ob im Osten oder Westen der Algarve) erreicht man binnen einer Stunde. Bleibt uns nur noch uns für einfach "Alles" zu bedanken! Gerne werden wir uns immer wieder an den Urlaub erinnern und wer weiß, ob wir uns nicht schneller wiedersehen als gedacht. S/N/M/V

Herliche Wohnung und super Atmosphäre

Diese Wohnung hat Stil, ist super gepflegt und liegt ruhig aber trotzdem zentral für Meer und Pool. Die Übergabe war herzlich und hat perfekt geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Appartment

Wir waren für 9 Tage bei Andrea im Appartment. Es war super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Es stand viel zur Verfügung wie zum Beispiel Sonnenschirme, Ball und Brettspiele, internationales TV (für die, die im Urlaub TV gucken) Die Aussicht beim Frühstücken vom Balkon auf das Meer war traumhaft. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, trotzdem nicht mitten zwischen den typischen "touri-hotels" Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Eine Ferienwohnung wie man es sich wünscht

Eine moderne Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was Ferien angenehm macht. Dazu ruhig gelegen und mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Zu Fuß ist dieses etwa 9 Minuten entfernt. In je 4 Minuten ist der Pool und ein Supermarkt erreicht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
