Condo with Beautiful Water View and Private Community Beach, Pool and Hot Tub

This is a ground floor unit, no elevators to ride! The owners' bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with the second bath just outside the door. Each room is painted in different Florida colors that will transport you immediately to relaxation. The master bedroom and living room have beautiful water views from the floor to ceiling glass windows and doors.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is also a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

You can relax on the patio off the living room and master bedroom and enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch dolphins swimming in the inlet. Best of all you are just steps away from the private community white sand beach, pool and spa. There is so mush to see and do in this area. Pass-a-grill and St Pete Beaches are minutes away. St Petersburg's downtown has great shopping and restaurants and is only 25 minutes away. The Dali museum in St Petersburg is a wonderful experience for art lovers. If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax this is it. For those of you who enjoy fishing, this area offers some of the best inshore and offshore fishing. You can get your fishing license with your cell phone at Gooutdoorsflorida.com. If you are traveling by air our condo is only 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport.

We have several renters who over the years have become friends and return each year to enjoy this bit of paradise. We keep a close watch over the property, keeping it clean and in good repair, as we do with all of our other rental properties. We have an onsite manager who can ensure that our guest's needs are attended to and we are always able to return calls within a short time

Why they chose this property

While in Florida looking at a property in St. Pete Beach, this property came on the market. It only took us about 5 minutes to decide on purchasing it. It was only steps away from the private beach and pool, and the water views are fantastic. We decided to use Florida colors and painted each room a different color and turn the place into a vacation paradise.

What makes this property unique

Whether its sight seeing, shopping, dining, shelling, going to the beach or fishing, this place has it all. Its only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and the hardest thing you will have to do is driving away after your vacation is over.
