The cottage itself is bright and airy, with windows overlooking the courtyard from nearly every room. Original beams, and restored fireplaces give the space a cosy and inviting feel, while the thoughtful layout makes it an ideal choice for families, couples, or even golf enthusiasts exploring the local area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, as well as a landing with a desk, perfect for home working and you can even see a glimpse of the sea from the window. The first bedroom features a super king bed, while a second bedroom with a single bed and trundle is perfectly suited to children or teens. This is truly a home away from home, with warm, welcoming interiors - the perfect spot for unwinding after days spent exploring Deal’s historic streets, independent high street, and the beach. Little Chart is a choice that you'll want to return to time and time again.

You enter the kitchen from the courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped with a rangemaster oven and hob, old butlers sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.

Dining Room

A lovely light and good sized dining room with a big bay window overlooking the courtyard garden. Dining table with seating for four guests.

Sitting Room

A pretty room with original features, sofa and armchairs, lamps, side tables, TV and an open fireplace.

Downstairs cloakroom

With WC and basin

Stairs leading to landing, which has a desk and a window with a sea view.

Bedroom One - Sleeps 2 with Super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. This bedroom is lovely and light and has windows overlooking the central courtyard.

Bedroom Two - Sleeps 2, with a single bed and a trunk bed underneath, which can be turned into a twin room (depending on your requirements). Writing desk by the window overlooking the garden. En-suite shower room and WC.

Garden

Large courtyard garden with a table and chairs. The courtyard is bathed in sunshine all day and has a side gate leading straight to the beach.

Outhouse

With a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking

Free parking is usually available opposite the house on the seafront and in neighbouring roads.

Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25 per dog, per stay. The cottage is most suited to one large dog or two small dogs.

Please note that check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted
