Quiet Country House in Abruzzo with Jacuzzi

The Fabiola Country House, our property for generations, was the home of our grandparents. It is a typical country house that reflects tastefully and essentially the style of the local peasant tradition. Esther welcomes everyone with a smile and a tribute to the typical products of the area.

The farmhouse is immersed in nature between olive groves and mulberry trees, an oasis of absolute tranquility, perfect for a relaxing break from daily stress.

Breathtaking views overlook all the uniqueness of the Abruzzo landscape: sea, hill and mountain. The village of Città Sant'Angelo, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, completes the panorama and is easily reachable, being less than 3 km away.

The Country House hosts on the ground floor a garage where you can park your car. On the first floor, the large terrace is welcome, ideal for relaxing moments on the rocking, sitting area or dining under the stars.

Entering the house, you will be welcomed by the large lounge where the kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle is at your disposal. Following are the 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and the bathroom.

Outside there is a hot tub, football pitch, bowling alley and more.

A very nice a well equipped house with a great view.

The house is surrounded by fruit and berry trees and plenty of space for the kids to play. There’s a large terrace where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view and dining. The hosts were very helpful and gave us great tips and left us with little to be desired.

Scenic heaven

Most beautiful location you can find. Ester is most kind and communication went very well. Surrounded with olive trees and farmland your in a quiet and private place and the scenic is simply stunning. Everything you need and more is available in and arround the house. Amazing place

This was our second time and we already look forward to go back. This is à beautiful place, very clean with everything you need including a lot of product from their company. Ester and Alessandro were really nice and ready to help you with everything you need.

Wonderful stay...

Perfect hosts and a wonderful property. Great communication. We had a lovely week here in August and look forward to returning in the future. The views from the terrace are stunning - sea, countryside and mountains. Ester spoilt us with an amazing selection of products from her company - pasta sauces, pate, oils, salsa.....They all tasted absolutely delicious. The house is very well appointed and has everything you would need. If I could change just one thing in the house to make it 5*+...I would add air conditioning and mosquito screens for the windows. Molliche Di Zucchero is a wonderful shop just along the road from the house where we bought beautiful cakes,bread, fresh pasta....we cannot wait to return!

Prachtig vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien op een geweldig mooie locatie in het mooie Abruzzo!

Een week met 6 personen verbleven in het mooie vakantie huis van Alexandro en Ester.... Het huis heeft werkelijk alles en meer om je vakantie tot een geweldige ervaring te maken.... Het is prachtig gelegen in het achterland van de kust van Abruzzo..... Vanaf het mooie grote terras kun je steeds genieten van prachtige vergezichten.... Je mag gebruik maken van alles wat in en om het huis aanwezig is, waaronder een aantal heerlijke producten zoals het fruit uit de tuin en de heerlijke pastasauzen.... Bij vragen kun je ten alle tijden contact opnemen met de gastheer/gastvrouw..... De locatie leent zich bij uitstek om leuke om leuke uitstapjes te maken naar de mooie stranden van Abruzzo of het mooie achterland.... Citta sant'Angelo is het dichtsbijzijnde stadje waar een paar leuke restaurantjes zijn.... Iets verder weg ligt Pescara waar meer vertier is.Daar zijn de stranden wel drukker maar niet overvol..... Als je dan weer terug komt bij het vakantiehuis kun je nog heerlijk relaxen in de heerlijkeJacuzzi...Kortom het is een heerlijk vakantiehuis in een mooie omgeving waar wij mooie herinneringen aan over houden en waar wij graag nog eens naar terug willen keren..... Wij willen Alexandro en Ester dan ook heel graag bedanken voor hun vriendelijke ontvangst en gastvrijheid en kunnen een ieder die een bezoek aan deze regio wil brengen aanraden hier te gaan logeren.!

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir wollten einen erholsamen Urlaub nur für uns als Familie in einer ruhigen Lage und haben es bekommen. Die Begrüßung und Einweisung in das schlicht, aber liebevoll eingerichtete Haus wurde durch die Vermieterin und Ihren Mitarbeiter persönlich durchgeführt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir ohne Einkauf in den Urlaub hätten starten können; selbst Lebensmittel und Getränke wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Mit Boccia, Tischtennis, Kicker und Fussballplatz gab es genug Möglichkeiten für die Kinder. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick sowohl zum Meer als auch zu den Bergen. Umgeben von Plantagen und Obstbäumen kann man ungestört auf der Terrasse verweilen. Ausflüge in die Berge sind mit etwas Fahrzeit gut möglich und selbst ein Abstecher nach Rom war von dort gut machbar. Das nahegelegene Dorf hat uns gut gefallen, insbesondere die Herzlichkeit der Bewohner bei unseren regelmäßigen Besuchen zum Eis essen und Kaffee trinken. Mit Ester und Francesco hatten wir immer Ansprechpartner, die sehr bemüht waren und sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert hatten. Vielen Dank für Euer Bemühen und wir wollen wiederkommen.

Anlage ist zu empfehlen da sehr sauber .Nachts vom Nachbar ab und zu mal Hunde Gebell .Aber am Tage Ok.

Fantastic for relaxed family holiday.

Great balance in a beautiful country setting. The house was very nicely updated, furnished, and clean. Great balance between country seclusion and easy access to a beautiful Abruzzo town (Citta Sant'Angelo) with delicious dining, a nice beach within 20 minutes drive (Silvi), shopping in Pescara Nord, and the Pescara airport. The lovely terrace was great for dining and lounging all day and into the evening. Fun entertainment included for children with table tennis, table football, and a small enclosed football field. The property also included delicious tomato sauces, olive oils, and bruschetta spreads produced by Esther's company in the well equipped kitchen. We alternated between making delicious meals with Ester's products and dining on the terrace with going out to eat in Citta Sant Angelo. We hope to return again in the future.
