About this property
18th century country house with swimming pool 20 min from Turin
Ideally located in very quiet area just outside Turin (20 min from historical center) with large walled garden (1000m2) swimming pool (private: 9X4m) and pigeon tower, located on 12 acres of private land. The 18th century country house is still in its original state and has a total surface of approx. 400m2. The house is divided into two independent living areas, the low part (which used to be occupied by the ministry) is permanently let. This neighbor has his own piece of garden and has access to his house through the shared garden gate (but has no access to the pool when there are guests) The part that we rent to guests is the whole "gentleman" farm and consists of a kitchen, dining room, study, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and lounge with large terrace.
This country house offers an ideal base for a family or friends to visit the beautiful city of Turin or the entire Piedmont region (where it is not teeming with tourists like in most other Italian cultural cities) After a day of city, mountains, wine hills or sea you can enjoy the quiet surroundings, the sun and of course the pool.

The biggest advantage of this house is it's quiet and relaxing position close to the elegant city of Turin and at the same time offering an excellent base for exploring the beautifull region of Piedmont not yet overfloan with mass tourism!
