Holiday stay in Alethriko

The apartment was exactly as described. We arrived early morning and we were allowed in on time as pre agreed. You definitely need a car to enjoy your stay. There are buses, but within a long walk and not very frequent. I agree that the road was busy and noisy in the morning and late evenings. The pool was not cleaned until 7 days into our holiday, so we couldn’t use this. There are nice beaches not far from the apartment.

Wohnung auf dem Land

Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Sie hat die bestausgerüstete Küche, die wir je hatten. Die Betten waren gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, was leider im Inserat nicht ersichtlich war und ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn, die Funktionsgeräusche und den Straßenverkehr, der morgens stärker war als erwartet. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Kindergarten. Leider konnten wir kein Fernsehen (WM) gucken, obwohl nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen die Fernbedienung ausgetauscht wurde, da keine Sender programmiert waren. Wir fanden nur afrikanische Sender und gaben auf. Als Ausgangslage für unsere Unternehmungen war die Lage gut.

schöne Gegend mit einer super Wohnung

Auf den Bildern denkt man, man ist irgendwo im nirgendwo. Aber vor dem Haus führt eine Straße entlang und man ist wirklich mit dem Auto ganz fix in Larnaca (max. 15 Min.). Die Wohnung ist wirklich super und sehr gut ausgestattet...vorallem die Küche. Dafür ein sehr großes Lob. Sogar Adapter für die deutschen elektronischen Geräte sind vorhanden. Leider haben wir eine Kältefront erwischt, somit war es im WC bzw. der Dusche sehr kalt, weil es da keine Heizung gibt. Aber da die warmen Tage auf Zypern überwiegen, gibt es da wohl nur bedingt ein Problem. Ansonsten können wir (2 EW und 2 Kinder 8+11Jahre) die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
