Grosszügige Familienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die schöne Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Katwijk an Zee. Zum Strandzugang sind es ca. 150 Meter, zum Parkhaus (35.- EUR/Woche) ebenfalls. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für Familien, da es 3 Schlafzimmer und ein grosses Wohnzimmer gibt. Die Wohnung verteilt sich über das 1. und 2. Obergeschoss, welche man über (steile) Treppen erreicht. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und guter Gastgeber. Einziger Nachteil: In der Nachbarschaft befinden sich mehrere Bars, Pubs und Party-Lokale, die am Freitag- und Samstagabend für viel Lärm bis spät in die Nacht sorgen, da viele Jugendliche auf der Strasse feiern. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört. Die Kinder konnten trotzdem schlafen, und das Hauptschlafzimmer ist gegen den Hinterhof ausgerichtet.

Top Lage aber laute Kneipenumgebung

Super Lage zum Strand (200 m) und zur Fussgängerzone. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parkhaus Boulevard fussläufig. Toll für Familienurlaub an der See. Die Treppen sind megasteil und nichts für ältere Menschen und kleie Kinder. Treppenschutzgitter vorhanden. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In Summe sehr schöne location.

Kleine Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die kleine Wohnung liegt wirklich nur ein 3min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und geht auch über 2 Etagen, hier sollte man wissen das die Treppen wirklich sehr steil und eng sind und für manche ein Problem sein könnten. Sonst ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht und auch ok aber leider keine Microwelle wie im Inserat beschrieben. Also wir waren zufrieden und haben die Tage in Katwijk genießen können. Einen Hinweis noch: Die Wohnung liegt an einer kleinen Straße mit Kneipen bzw. Gaststätten und hier ist es am Abend doch relativ laut, zum Teil bis 1Uhr und da die Wohnung insgesamt sehr hellhörig ist kann das auch ein Problem sein. Martin unser Gastgeber reagierte auf alle Nachrichten innerhalb von wenigen Minuten was ich wirklich Top fand. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gerade wegen der tollen Lage zu empfehlen. (Parken kann man in einer Tiefgarage direkt am Stand für 35€ pro Woche)

Schön eingerichtete, große, gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung für die 5- köpfige Familie.

Der Checkin- und Checkout hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war für uns optimal. Man konnte von dort wunderbare Radtouren durch die Dünen nach Den Haag ,Leiden, Zandvoort und andere schöne Städte machen.

Very nice appartment, very loud at night

Martin gave us a warm welcome and was super friendly. The appartment was large, clean and perfectly furnished. Only downside was the very loud noise of party people until late at night/ early in the morning. It was almost impossible to sleep in the street facing room. Possibly it was bad luck because it was Kings Day week in the Netherlands, so probably it is not always that loud.

Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung, einfach top!

Das Haus von Martin ist rundum zu empfehlen. Es hat 2 wirklich großzügige Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichen Betten und ein Zimmer mit einem Hochbett, was für unseren Sohn vollkommen ausgereicht hat. Ein gemütlich großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Esstisch für 6 Personen läd zum Ausruhen nach Strandspaziergängen ein. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir waren also rundum zufrieden. Innerhalb weniger als 1 Min ist man direkt am Strand, nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Einkaufsstraße ist Vis-a-Vis. Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach, Martin antwortet immer sehr sehr schnell und versucht alles möglich zu machen. Danke für eine tolle Woche!
