Entrance

Entrance to the private grounds are through electric gates where you will find parking for 3 cars. Enter the villa through the front door into a large hallway.

Outside

A pathway to the left will lead you to the terrace and pool area. There is a cloakroom to your right. Undercover seating areas are well lit, with pool lights creating a fabulous ambience. At the rear is a utility room housing a fridge to keep poolside drinks cold and a washing machine. Fabulous views of the Montgo can be enjoyed from the fantastic pool terrace.

An outside kitchen with a large gas bbq is perfect for dining Al-fresco and perfectly located, as there is a rear door leading directly to the inside kitchen.

Pool

The large pool is 14.5m x 4.5m perfect for swimmers easily entered via Roman Steps.

Ground floor

Living area and kitchen

The open plan living/dining area is modern and contemporary. There are 2 comfortable sofas and an armchair facing the flat screen TV. The dining area is located off the living room, with glass doors surrounding it letting the sunlight flood in.
The kitchen is perfectly located for inside and outside dining and is fully equipped for preparing those delicious Spanish meals, with a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Pass through the hallway you will find a cloakroom on your right and 1 twin room on the right, with an en-suite shower room and 1 double room on the left with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom, a dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom.
Off the landing is a living area with a flat screen TV to relax in and a kitchenette. Through the patio doors is a large roof terrace with fabulous views of the Montgo and the Sea.

On the lower level is a very large living area with a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 twin rooms and a double with 2 further bathrooms.
On this level is a gym and a snooker/table tennis room.

All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and electric blinds and there is fast wi-fi throughout the property. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes
