The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. They even gave us some local cheese and wine to try. There was a confusion about the the house and they end up giving us a different house but the house was equally comfortable and nice. The communication was easy and clear. We had a great time there. I would definitely recommend it. 30/10/2023

Dear Hannes, Thank you for your feedback. We have checked with our local team, and the poll was not leaking at all. You hosted on a daily basis a lot more people that you were allowed to and it's normal that the water level was going down every day. Plus the heat...Nobody before has ever detected bad smell in this property. The villa is equipped for 8 pax and not around 20 that you were hosting without permission. Thus, you were missing utilities, it's normal. You are not recommended as a guest, I'm sorry. The Allure Villas Team

Would not rent this again...

Booked the villa for the heated pool for 3 young children. Paid the per day fee for the heating. On arrival informed that heating not working and couldn’t be fixed. Had we been told in advance we would have moved villas... On arrival: no drinking glasses, no working kettle, one small omelette pan for villa for eight people, kitchen stripped of other basic utensils. Didn’t meet basic standards. Fortunately we were renting another villa and we borrowed items from there. After several messages and emails we got a refund of the pool heating cost. You will definitely find a better deal elsewhere from an owner who delivers what they promise.
