Beautiful farmhouse with pool near Orvieto between Rome and Florence

Our villa has 3 apartments (Wheat, Sunflower, Clover) and 2 double bedrooms (Elce, Cerro).
The apartment "Il Grano" has an independent entrance from the garden through a stairway. The 20-square-foot terrace shaded by a pergola overlooks the garden. The large living room with fireplace includes a kitchen equipped with fridge and dishwasher. On the same floor there are two bedrooms with two beds and a private bathroom.
The "I Girasoli" apartment is in the same building, with independent entrance. It has its own living room on the ground floor, with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge and dishwasher. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two beds and a private bathroom. There is also a large attic accessible from one of the two bedrooms that can sleep up to 5 people.
"The Clover" apartment has an independent entrance from the garden through a stairway. The loggia overlooks the pool and the Tiber valley. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom and the living room with open fireplace. The living room is completed by a kitchenette equipped with fridge and dishwasher. There is also a sofa bed.
Cots can be added to the bedrooms.
The apartments have air conditioning, TV, wifi internet and you can add one or two beds in each room.
Cerro is on the ground floor of the main building. It has an independent entrance on the garden and direct access to the large common living room. Sleeps 2 (plus extra bed). Also available for single use. Private bathroom .
The Elce "is on the ground floor of the main building. It has two independent entrances connecting to a loggia and shared living on one side and the garden on the other. Sleeps 2 (plus additional bed). Also available for single use. Fully equipped private bathroom for the disabled.
A shared living area with open fireplace is at guests' disposal as well as the professional kitchen. There is a washing machine. A barbecue in the garden is at guests' disposal.
All in all, it can accommodate up to 20 beds, with 8 bathrooms.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden for the joy of the guests, and from the land belonging to the farm. The pool is wonderfully located on top of a hill that offers breathtaking views to the far horizon, with a bird's eye view of the Tiber Valley, and the summits of Mount Soratte and Mount Amiata. The medieval village of Lugnano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is about 3 kilometers from us. There are shops, markets, bars and a small restaurant. Many other shops, markets and restaurants are located in the nearby villages, about 5/10 km.
You can reach Rome by train in less than an hour. The train station (Attigliano) is 8 km from the house, and we can provide a free shuttle service. From and to Rome, there are trains every two hours as well as for Florence.
