Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The stairs are a bid steep for my old knees, and the lighting was almost non-existent. The location of the house is wonderful. The inside of thehouse itself could use a bit of updating - maybe fresh paint and better lighting over the table. Would definately stay again.

Fantastic view but disappointed in house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a fantastic view of the ocean. I'm guessing that's why it was expensive per night. For the rate we paid we expected it to be in much better shape. The cupboards were dirty inside and out. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard. We realized on the last day that the soap dispenser in the dishwasher didn't dissolve the soap pod, hence dirty dishes and silverware. The linoleum in the kitchen is lifting up. No liquid dish soap to hand wash anything. Kitchen and bathroom poorly stocked, paper goods, no spare batteries for remotes which were dead, no colander. Front slider door can barely be opened. Raggedy and filthy potholders that should be replaced. Few spare blankets and the ones there also raggedy and had holes and were lumpy. Very poor lighting throughout house. No dishrags or clean sponges available. Furniture dirty and uncomfortable. Walls are dirty. Paint peeling on bathroom cabinets. Basically lacks good cleaning and maintenance over a long period of time.

great location to enjoy this region!

Reviewer Comments: Property is dated and deferred maintenance is obvious ...beautiful ocean view from living room but in order to have privacy in upstairs bedrooms closing curtains is a must. Very musty downstairs accommodations.If you are the culinary type bring your own items. much water wasted if waiting for hot water upstairs.Dishwasher soap dispenser not functioning ... put pad in silverware basket. Loved the closed garage. We enjoyed the hiking as well as Soto's True Earth Market... a wonderful health oriented store with great grocery selections.
