Apartment in great location with sea view

The apartment had all that is needed. The view from the balcony is great. There are restaurants just around the corner. I have been disappointed from the organization. I had to get the key from the office between 16:00 pm and 18:00 pm , otherwise there would have been a charge ( in all other apartments we rent there has been a person coming with the key to the apartment) and as I left very early I could not leave the key in the apartment, I had to bring the key to the office mail box. There has been no communication regarding the house keeping etc. But the apartment itself is very nice with a great view

Perfect location.

The apartment was in a very quiet part of the beach and was a good size. We did not appreciate having to pay an extra 30 euro late check-in fee because we arrived later than expected due to the rail strike on that day. The communication about the check-in process was terrible and we went all over the place trying to find the grumpy man who gave us our keys but was too lazy to even come up to the apartment to show us around. The apartment itself was quite run down and the power went out a few times when we plugged in the heater which had a short in it. There were a couple of issues that were rectified quickly but the hosts were very stingy about things like extra garbage bags or sufficient dishwashing soap for a two week stay. The big balcony facing the water was wonderful and there are many restaurants close by.

T1 vue mer au calme sur la promenade

L’intérêt de cet appartement est sa situation en front de mer dans une zone calme au 3ème étage d'une petite résidence. Il est propre et convient bien pour 2 personnes. Quelques améliorations depuis notre séjour de l'année dernière: il y a 1 bouilloire électrique, 1 nouveau four et tous les rideaux ont été remplacés. Le canapé gagnerait à être protégé par un plaid (il n'est plus très propre) et mériterait d'être complété par un fauteuil confortable. De même dans la chambre un siège serait appréciable pour poser les vêtements (nous avons utilisé 1 chaise de la cuisine). Quelques équipements à remettre en état dans le séjour et la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être relookée.

Excellent apartment

Clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location, right on Quarteira's promenade. Perhaps a better table for the balcony - the plastic one isn't very sturdy!

Great location in central position

Good property with balcony overlooking sea and beach. Serviced twice during our stay and helpful staff. Garage included but small and acces is tight. Needs a little t&c but overall a nice apt. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Einfachster Standard

Das Positive vorweg: die Lage direkt an der Promenade/Strand mit einem tollen Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist sehr schön! Viel mehr positives fällt einem leider aber auch nicht ein. Erstes Problem ist das Check-in. Man muss sich den Schlüssel in einem Büro abholen, das nicht beim Apartment liegt. Die Einrichtung (Bett, küche, Bad, Schrank) ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ubd runtergekommen. Die Balkontür war kaputt und ließ sich nicht abschließen. Mit einem kleinen Kind nicht wirklich optimal, wenn das Apartment im 4. Stock liegt. Unsere Bitte, jemanden vorbeizuschicken, der das repariert, wurde ignoriert. Jedenfalls haben wir keine Antwort darauf bekommen. Wir hatten dennoch eine schöne Zeit dort, weil wir das Beste daraus gemacht haben! .
