Great stay!

This apartment was wonderful. It was in excellent condition, very roomy, with lots of natural light. It had everything we needed for our visit to Loulé. The city center, market and restaurants were all walkable. We would stay here again when returning to Loule.

Lovely Loulé apartment

Well appointed, spacious apartment in a good location. All the facilities that you could want to do eat in and plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. We even enjoyed the Algarve New Year fireworks display from the balcony. Loulé is a great location for exploring different parts of the Algarve, such as Alte and Tavira. The indoor market is market is worth a visit and there is great choice of supermarkets, Contenente is less than a 5 minute walk.

Superb apartment with sea views

The apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable for six people with a distant view of the coastline. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine that we found very useful. The beds are large and comfortable. Parking is easy and it is walking distance to town and restaurants. Air conditioning, which we didn't need in October, is provided by one large free standing unit in the open plan lounge / dining area. I am not sure how effective this would be in the bedrooms in the height of summer? Check in could have been smoother but our changing timings was no doubt a contributory factor to this. We would stay again.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über FeWo-direkt gebucht und wurden gleich positiv überrascht.Die Wohnung von Ricardo ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Selbst an den heißen Julitagen haben wir die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer kaum benötigt, da sich durch das Öffnen der Fenster ein angenehmer Durchzug erzeugen ließ und die Wohnung dadurch angenehm kühl blieb.Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die schöne Altstadt von Loulé mit ihren Cafés und Restaurants ist schnell erreichbar. Parkplätze haben wir in der Umgebung immer problemlos gefunden. Der wunderschöne Strand Praia do Loulé Velho ist mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen und eignet sich hervorragend für einen entspannten Strandtag.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die angenehme Kommunikation mit Ricardo. Er war jederzeit freundlich, respektvoll und hat unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Auch der Empfang durch seine Schwester war sehr herzlich und hat uns gleich das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Ricardo, für die schöne Zeit!

La propreté est notre soucis constant L'appartement fait l'objet d'un nettoyage renforcé depuis le covid. Il est toute fois possible de trouver un peu de poussière surtout lors de l'aération de l'appartement (ouverture des fenêtres). Nous allons cependant passer le message au service entretien.

Casa muito espaçosa, equipada com tudo o que é preciso numas férias, muito limpa. Bom banho. A 5m a pé do centro da cidade e de comércio no geral. Estacionamento à porta. O proprietário responde rapidamente às mensagens. Check in e check out simples e rápido. Obg Ricardo e Antonieta

Agréable appartement

Très bon séjour sauf pour trouver l appartement plus 1/2h à chercher. Le propriétaire envoyant message mais ne nous pas 📞 cela aurait été plus facile. Surtout que nous lui demandions de nous 📞 rien à faire. Très compliqué En fait l adresse avait été changée voilà la raison mais on a eu la belle sœur qui nous a retrouvées ouf.

Buen alojamiento, ubicado céntrico y tranquilo. La limpieza (polvo) bastante mejorable... y algún elemento de baño (como el teléfono de ducha) necesita un cambio urgente.
