THE LOFT apartment has the most stunning view of the harbour as well as private parking on-site! Sit & relax on the balcony or sofa & watch the comings & goings on the River Dart (Paddle Steamer, cruise ships & steam train). Centrally located in Kingswear across from the river with no hills to climb, you'll be walking distance from the coastal path and ferries. All the tourist attractions are close by with passenger & car ferries a few minutes walk away for the short trip to Dartmouth. The apartment is on the top two floors of a Victorian house with the main living area and kitchen on the top floor with a balcony which opens from the glass area straight off the lounge and has spectacular panoramic views! The floor below has one bedroom with a super king size bed & en-suite shower room and another shower room (there is also a toilet off the main living space on the top floor).

The property has a private off-street parking bay next to the entrance to a set of stairs which go down to a little courtyard area front door of the apartment.

The open plan kitchen leads either downstairs to the bedroom or up 3 steps to the main living space with the amazing views which can be seen from the sofa on a rainy day or from outside on the balcony.

The living room has a large sofa, 2 armchairs, footstool, a smart TV and a dining table and chairs. Every area has views of the River Dart, the creek, Dartmouth, the steam railway track, Darthaven Marina and the Royal Naval College.

The modern kitchen is newly fitted with granite worktops and appliances which include:

The bedroom suite is decorated in a coastal style and has an en-suite bathroom with power shower and amazing river views from the slit window.

The bedroom has a super-king size bed with tempur mattress as well as ample wardrobe space and shelving. The large window in the bedroom provides fantastic river views! The room fills with natural light so a black out blind is provided.
