Located on the small top of a hill (360 slm) it is surrounded by 5,000 m2 of lawn as well as an orchard and an olive grove for a total of 10,000 m2 all fenced. Particularly interesting position, as well as for the excellent tranquility, for the geographical location that allows you to easily visit both Umbria and Lazio. Swimming pool (6x12 - max depth 2.10) equipped with deck chairs, tables and umbrellas and children's pool (4x4 - depth 1.20). Laundry room (washing machine). An Etruscan tomb can be visited near the pools. On request and to be paid on the spot, additional 5 additional movable sofa beds are available (Euro 100 bed / week). Parking near the villa. Access to the property through an automatic gate. On request possibility to organize lunches or dinners, cooking courses and to participate in guided excursions (archaeological, lake, thermal, cultural, food and wine itinerary); possibility to buy the farm's products (wine, oil). Upon request and payment it is possible to take advantage of on-site wellness treatments.
