Villa Armenide is a splendid seventeenth-century three-story historical villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps 25 people. From Villa Armenide you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. Villa Armenide is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features two private swimming pools, a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Vitorchiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. Please kindly note that at Villa Armenide the water comes from a well and might not be drinkable.
To stay at Villa Armenide you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 2.1 meters (6.9 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with five seats. (please note that use of the jacuzzi pool is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). It is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of September.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Patio 2
The second patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the valley and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a Turkish bath. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a CD player with FM radio and a laptop PC with broadband HSDPA mobile Internet access. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through an access area. The dining table can accommodate 24 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a garden.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
