Prestigious and ancient country house dating back to 1617, on three floors, completely restored in 2006 and used as a comfortable holiday home in the green hills in the center of the Roman Tuscia near a small Etruscan necropolis. Located on the small top of a hill (360 above sea level), it is surrounded by 5,000 m2 of lawn as well as an orchard and an olive grove for a total of 10,000 m2 all fenced. Particularly interesting, as well as for its excellent tranquility, for the geographical location that allows you to easily visit both Umbria and Lazio. Swimming pool (6x12 - max 2.10 meters) equipped with deckchairs, tables and umbrellas and children's pool (4x4 - 1.20). Laundry (washing machine). Near the pools you can visit an Etruscan tomb. Upon request and to be paid on the spot, there are 5 additional folding sofa beds available (Euro 100 bed / w). Parking near the villa. Access to the property through an automatic gate. On request possibility of organizing lunches or dinners, cooking courses and taking part in guided excursions (archaeological, lakeside, thermal, cultural, gastronomic itinerary); possibility of buying the company's products (wine, oil). On request and at an additional cost, it is possible to take advantage of wellness treatments on site.
