Modern furnished luxury villa close to the beach with private swimming pool, sun terrace with traditional stone grill and bungee trampoline in the large fully fenced leafy garden area
This spacious two-storey luxury villa is located in the small village of Bratulići near the town of Pula on the sunny Istrian peninsula in the northern Adriatic Sea, an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with friends or family.
The villa was built in 1985 and has only recently been fully renovated in 2015.
Within the building there are three apartments that are completely independent of each other. There are three fully equipped kitchens, three bathrooms, six bedrooms with 5 double beds (160 cm x 205 cm) and two single beds (90 cm x 205 cm).
From the ground floor living room you walk directly onto the generous sun terrace and your private 25 m² nice swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers and has metal stairs for easy and safe access. An extra large gareden 6000 m² leafy garden area invites you to spend long barbecue nights under the starlit sky. Children and adults alike will appreciate the bungee trampoline, volleyball, badmington. Secure parking spaces are available right in front of the villa.
Your holiday villa is located only about 7 km away from the nearest beach, only 50 m away from the nearest cafés and restaurants. . The famous Roman Amphitheater in the nearby town of Pula 20 km is also always worth a visit.
