The apartment consists of three rooms of which two bedrooms with a maximum of 5 beds total and a living room with sofa, armchair table and chairs over various furniture with annex a day kitchen equipped with fridge plus a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with two large balconies of which one very large, with direct sea view, equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is also equipped with a large covered terrace, where you can find all the necessary equipment for relaxing moments of relaxation. They are part of the terrace: sun umbrella with table and chairs, sunbeds, outdoor gas cooker, barbecue, shower and rocking chair. The house is less than a mile from the beaches and stands in an extremely lush and very panoramic area. The apartment has a parking space. All the equipment is brand new. In addition, the apartment is equipped with all the linen related to the bedrooms and the bathroom including duvets for the winter season as well as a 49 "TV.

Cerco un appartamento e trovo un tesoro...

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma sufficiente a goderne tutti gli aspetti positivi. Posizione dell'appartamento, le comodità dello stesso, ma soprattutto Vittoria, la padrona di casa, non ne abbia a male se l'ho nominata, sempre disponibile, sempre prodiga di consigli su itinerari turistici o altre curiosità del luogo. Sempre presente anche se non personalmente . Un ottimissimo soggiorno. Mauro e Cristiana.
