Nice individual Andalusian style villa with 4 rooms distributed in 3 bedrooms and a studio conditioned as a work area; living room with fireplace, large kitchen, bathroom and a spacious entrance hall.
Capacity for 6 people. The bedrooms are distributed in one with a 150 bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. All rooms have fitted wardrobes.
The minimum stay is 6 nights.
The house includes everything you need to spend a comfortable stay (toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, washing machine, TV, wifi ...).
The house has several leisure and relaxation areas, with a furnished porch, a hammock and sun loungers, a large solarium area with a private pool, as well as a built-in barbecue and a picnic table for 6 people.
The plot has a large garden that surrounds the house, a small garden for guests and trees to enjoy.
Private parking inside the property for more than 4 vehicles.
The house is located in a quiet area 4 km from the urban center of Conil and less than 10 minutes from the beach of Conil by car.
Within a 5-minute walk you have a supermarket and 5 minutes by car, another area with pharmacy, gas station, supermarkets (Carrefour Express), hairdressers, bars and restaurants, pizzerias, etc. which facilitates the acquisition of all kinds of goods or services without having to travel to the center of Conil.
