The heating system is designed to take the chill off and extend usability during the warmer months, but during colder periods it may not reach the higher temperatures some guests expect from a fully heated pool. Hi Denise, Sad to hear about your experience, which are not that accurate in our experience or the little communication we had prior to check in. In all communication prior to your check-in you said that you would arrive around 23.00 in the evening, and you asked several time if someone would be around at that time which we agreed upon. You then called when you where out side the apartment gates at 20.30 with no prior notification. We made sure a person came and helped you within 30 minutes, which can also be confirmed by the security guard that was there at the time. You had not replied any of the emails or text messages asking for the mandatory information needed according to Spanish law, which the 24 h security staff needs to let people in to the complex when renting. Further more you flooded the entire out door area when you or your husband fell asleep when trying to top up the already filled pool causing the building manager having to access the flat in order to turn of the water and protect so no more damages would occur since water was leaking down to the garage. They also had to take pictures for potential insurance issues. You never informed about any clogged sink, if you had informed us we would have fixed it rapidly. The damages you caused by flooding the apartment has photo evidence and because of that the security deposit was taken just to cover the out call and some of the repairs. In despite all of that Denise and her husband left the apartment in good order (except the flooded out door area). With better communication from their part they would also experience a better vacation trip. We have a 4.8 avg rating on other sites. Even with your feedback a 1/5 feels low and most likely affected by you loosing your security deposit. Regards Henrik
