Sea Dreams has wonderful views over the English Channel and is literally moment from the promenade and beach.
It is ideal for friends and families who want to escape to the sea for fresh air, a dip in waves and a break from hectic lives.
The apartment is located in a prime spot close to the beach, theatres and town centre and also the sought-after Meads area, with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
Set on the first floor (so stairs are involved) the apartment is comfortable, practical and fully furnished throughout.
The open-plan living space is airy and light, with the dining table set by windows facing the sea - and a door leading to a balcony with lovely sea views. The comfy sofa and armchair are ideal for relaxing in front of the large Smart TV with FreeSat (so comes with access to channels such as YouTube and iPlayer as well as traditional TV).
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, plus all the utensils you’ll need for a self catering break.
It has a master bedroom with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed, plus an extra pull-out single that can be set up for families of four. Both bedrooms have picturesque inland views over Lower Meads and the distant South Downs.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and a second shower room. WiFi is provided, along with all towels and linen (please bring your own beach / swimming towels). Parking is unrestricted on street. Bookings run from Sunday-to-Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and shorter stays may be possible out of season.

This is the loveliest flat, very comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect, minutes from the sea and less than a mile to walk into town. And the view of the sea is stunning.

Very nice flat, but not perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. The contact to exclusivelyeastbourne was excellent.As noticed by other guests before the currentsupply in the kitchen was not satisfying. The bed in the second bedroom had not nearly the same quality like the one in the main bedroom.

We absolutely loved this apartment, the area and the view, it was exactly as described in the listing.
Very, very clean, extremely well stocked with cooking and eating utensils in the kitchen, comfortable lounges and lovely artworks to make it feel like a home from home.
The beds and bedding are of good quality and although the bedroom blinds let in a fair bit of light we soon got used to that and slept very well.
We loved the area with all the wonderful homes and walked to Meads village several times for supplies feeling like one of the locals.
Parking can be a bit hit and miss but we always found a spot close by.
Most relaxing part of our holiday and we would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Eastbourne.

Overall the apartment was lovely. Very clean and spacious, especially the main bedroom.
The layout of the lounge needs rearranging so as to be able to view the TV without straining your neck.
The biggest flaw is the location of the plug sockets in the kitchen area - who puts them within a cupboard? Having to boil the kettle was a task in itself.....
We had to use a wooden stool to stand the kettle on, to be able to reach the socket, then having to move the kettle, to set the coffee machine on, to use that.
There was a plug extention but this was screwed down into the cupboard????
This really needs to be looked at, as an accident could happen with serious scaldings whilst moving hot appliances.
There is a gap next to the dishwasher which could have a work surface attached and a socket put into the wall for just this purpose!!
We would have given it 5* had it not been for this.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Strand in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter / der Agentur war ausgezeichnet. Rundum empfehlenswert!
Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer. Große, helle und freundlich eingerichtete Räume. Eine top renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Parkettboden. Kleiner Schönheitsfehler ist die fehlende Spülmaschine und nur sehr wenige Kochtöpfe. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns dort gemeinsam mit unserer Tochter sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig (großer Flur, zwei Bäder). Das hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön war der super Ausblick aufs Meer jeden Morgen...
Die Lage ist top, direkt am Meer und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß noch gut zu erreichen.
