In a quiet residence, 200 m from Place Charles Trenet (Canet Sud). Many shops (restaurant, grocery store, caterer, baker, bar ...) are available.

The beach is directly accessible, very pleasant for children (fine sand, gentle slope).

The studio cabin is very well equipped for cooking (microwave, traditional oven, ceramic hob, 2 coffee makers including 1 Senseo). A Sony LCD screen with DVD player and free decoder are at your disposal. Plenty of storage space and necessary for cleaning (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, washing machine ...)

Terraces allowing four people to have lunch enjoying the sea view in good conditions, protected from the sun if necessary by an electric awning.

Private parking is at your disposal. Possibility of bicycle storage on request.

Parfait, superbe vue et proprio agreable

Logement tres bien equipé, propre , avec sieges pour la plage, tres pratique a nos ages avancés. Il manque rien. Les proprietaires sont tres sympathiques. Vue de la terrasse magnifique. Face a la mer. On a le store deroulant qui protege bien quand le soleil frappe de face.Je recommande vivement. Le fauteuil sejour est grand et tres confortable. Merci pour ce charmant acceuil amplis de gentillesse et petite attention.

Très beau studio très bien équipé et très propre. Immédiatement face a la mer avec un grand plus : le grand balcon. À proximité de tous les services. Malgré une météo moins clémente, nous avons pu quand même profiter de la plage

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Il est propre, bien agencé et les rangements sont optimisés. Le plus : la superbe vue de la terrasse... On ne s'en lasse pas. De plus, l'appartement est proche des commerces, ce qui est vraiment très pratique.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce studio très bien aménagé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. L'endroit est très calme et quelques commerces sont encore ouverts en cette période. La propriétaire est accueillante et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location.

Tout était parfait. Appartement très agréable et bien équipé avec superbe terrasse vue sur la mer et parking privé. Situé dans une résidence calme tout en étant à proximité de tout. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et sont très accueillants. Je recommande vivement.

Appartement agréable, bien situé, face à la mer, climatisé, très bien équipé. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactive s'il y a un petit souci. Je recommande cette location et je reprendrai cette location si je vais en vacances dans cette région.
