Lovely country walks and a charming pub/restaurant within 50 metres (The Bottle and Glass Inn). Easy reach of Henley-On-Thames (3 miles) and Reading (4 miles). Perfect for families or groups of friends.

Mulberry Cottage is a wonderful 4 bedroom property situated in the picturesque country village of Binfield Heath. It has 4 double bedrooms (2 kingsize beds, 1 double bed and 1 small double), 3 en suite bathrooms (4.5 in total), a large sitting room, kitchen, and a large patio and garden. It has stunning views to the rear of farmland and woodland. Great walking routes on the doorstep. Perfect for families or groups of friends. A true home from home. Parking for 4 cars.

Maximum of 6 adults (2 small double beds).

The house is one minutes walk from the charming Bottle and Glass Pub/Restaurant, and five minutes drive from the award winning Loddon brewery where you can sample their ale and other local products.

To make things easy we have a local property manager available should you have any questions or need anything.

We strive to use organic and environmentally friendly cleaning and toiletry products where possible.

Henley Woche

Wir waren 3 Paare. Mit 4 Badezimmer und 4 Bäder war es sehr entspannt. Mit einem guten Pub nur ein Steinwurf entfernt. Zur Henley und Umgebung waren wir auf unser Auto angewiesen. Gute Betreuung.

Perfectly located, spotless, and really helpful owners

Great holiday cottage, rural and contemporary and a few minutes from Henley. Woods to walk in and great pub close by. Well equipped, and loved the table tennis! Would definitely return.

Absolutely stunning cottage

Perfect for our little stay this weekend, next time it will be longer. Everything we needed was in the house, towels, hairdryers, tea, coffee, milk, bread. Stunning views over the countryside, pub next door, what more could we ask for. Thanks Elliot, your house is beautiful and we will definitely see you again.
