Host was very friendly and accommodating. Villa was very basic. No mid stay clean on a two week booking. Beautiful views and a lovely pool. Quite noisy due to farming equipment and joy riding mopeds etc.

We loved the stunning views from the property, the pool, sitting on the wide balcony and eating our meals at the tables on the terrace. Spacious house with lots of space and a garden filled with different fruit trees. Facilities were adequate with all the usual appliances in working order. One of the fridges and the cooker could do with updating. Andrea looked after us really well and responded quickly to any questions or requests. You need a car! But then you are within driving distyof so many different places and activities. We visited Syracuse several times, Noto, Cartagerona, Taormina, etc. we also we also did boat trips, a gorge, walk, and visited Favola, a specialvisit to learn about olive oil with tasting and explanation from the owner. Of course we ate out and enjoyed all of the local cuisine. Good supermarkets in Floridia. All in all a great holiday.

home in line with description, host welcoming and helpful

The home is perfectly in line with the description and photo: a lot of space and very clean and everything works, the swimming pool is gorgeous. Andrea, our host, was perfectly organized, speak a pretty good english and took time to provide all needed information related to the home and the area. The position on the hill is very calm and offer a nice view but make it a bit remote: driving: 5 min to the town, 20 from syracuse and 30 from the first sandy beach. It is a choice to do but we really enjoyed it. A lot of thing to do around and we only met nice people in shops of the towns around.
