Spacious and bright furnished apartment, with private parking space and capacity for 6 people, integrated in a private residential complex with paddle tennis courts, swimming pools, children's playground and very close to the beach, sunny with sea and mountain views.
It is fully equipped and furnished recently, is distributed in a plant plus solarium.
The house consists of full kitchen, a spacious bright living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms one of them in master bedroom with en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, and a terrace with access to all rooms
The private residential complex where the house is integrated consists of two swimming pool areas, a paddle court, gardens, playgrounds and a social club.
The nearest cities are Torre del Mar and Benajarafe only around 5 mns by car with numerous shops.
Golf course Añoreta and Baviera Golf
 Cinema, shopping center, restaurants and tapas bars. The two cities have a long beautiful beach, as well as small beach restaurants and bars.

Great place to enjoy!

We had a lovely stay at this appartment. The owner was there at check-in, showed us around and gave some tips for restaurants and supermarket. You will need a car for both. Short drive (20min) to malaga centre and nice beaches nearby. If you want to enjoy some relaxing time, this is the place to be!

Schöne große Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Die Wohnung geräumig und super ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand kann man in 10-15 laufen. Alle Läden, Chiringuitos sind bequem mit dem Auto kurz zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Maria ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar! Jederzeit wieder! Hasta luego😘

Unser längerer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt in einer hochgelegenen Urbanisation in Vélez-Málaga,Niza Beach,abseits von irgendwelchen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bars,Restaurants Für unsere Belange auch zu weit ab vom Golfplatz Baviera. Die etlichen Tankvorgaenge deswegen sprachen für sich. Es war ganz schön heftig für alles nach Torre Del Mar fahren zu müssen Die Wohnung selbst war geräumig und mit einer sehr,sehr steilen Wendeltreppe konnte man auf die ebenfalls geräumige Dachterrasse gelangen und mit Glück auch heile wieder hinunter. Für ältere Menschen nicht zu empfehlen oder Kinder. Die Wohnung war sauber und wurde auch von Maria gegen Zahlung geputzt. In der Küche war und ist wohl immer noch der Geruchsverschluss/Siphon defekt. Es stank Erbärmlich und es war nur mit offener Tür dort auszuhalten. Trotz Reklamation wurde eine Reparatur bzw. ein Abstellen des Gestanks nicht erledigt,leider. Ansonsten ist es mir nicht möglich etwas Schlechtes zu schreiben. Maria hat sich stets bemüht.

Guten Tag Ich hoffe es geht ihnen gut Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Minuten von Torre del Mar und 3 Minuten mit dem Auto von Benajarafe entfernt, wo es alle Arten von Einrichtungen, Restaurants und Bars gibt. Der Kraftstoffverbrauch ist gering. Sie reisten zum Vergnügen zum Golf Baviera Sie kannten von den Fotos den Grundriss der Wohnung und den Standort. In Bezug auf den Geruch des Siphons informierte ich ihn, dass es sich um ein Gemeinschaftsproblem handelte, ein Klempner war im Haus und er löste das Problem. Grüße. Ideaal appartement

We hebben hier 6 weken gelogeerd. Het is een ruim en licht appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hebt er veel privacy, prima wifi en een eigen parkeerplaats. De omgeving is prachtig. De communicatie met Maria was duidelijk en hartelijk. Wij hebben hier met zijn tweeën een hele fijne vakantie gehad.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub 2018

Wir waren am Anfang skeptisch ob alles mit der Buchung und die Darstellung der Wohnung alles so entspricht wie wir es gesehen und vorgestellt haben. Es war in allen Bereichen perfekt von der Buchung über den Ablauf Kommunikation alles super. Wir sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen worden, es würde uns alles gut erklärt, selbst im gebrochenen Deutsch und sogar früher als erwartet. Die Wohnung machte auch live den guten Eindruck die wir auf den Bildern schon wahrgenommen haben. Wir haben kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge um es noch schöner zu gestalten und um wieder zu kommen: Eine bequeme Lounge Ecke und ein großer Sonnenschirm wäre angebracht damit man auch der Sonne auf der Terrasse ein wenig entfliehen kann. Es sich gemütlich im Schatten zu machen und ein Buch lesen kann. Ein Staubsauger wäre auch nicht schlecht um bei einem längeren Aufenthalt selber mal ein wenig sauber machen kann ( zumindest staubsaugen). Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt. Dann kann man die Ferienwohnung auch mit fünf Sterne bewerten. Lg aus Köln
