Newly built apartment, in October 2017, consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a large bed and one with 2 beds, plus a sofa bed of 140), 2 full bathrooms, from all rooms of the house, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, The terrace of 20 meters can enjoy exceptional views of the beach, the sea and all the residential facilities, has high-end appliances, air conditioning and heating throughout the house, Wi-Fi 100 MB, covered parking Inside the building, it also has a room where you can store beach or sports utensils.
Its proximity to the beach, its facilities, large garden areas and the quality of its homes make this a unique residential complex on the Costa Blanca.
It has more than 13. 000m2 of common and recreational areas, 3 swimming pools and 3 jacuzzis, all in a refreshing environment with chill out lounge area with 2 bars, one dry and one wet.
Sports enthusiasts can practice their favorite activities in the gymnasium with a Finnish sauna, in the heated swimming pool specially designed for swimming, or in one of its sport courts for paddle tennis, tennis, multisport, curling and petanque.
The little ones have their own pool-lake with water games, as well as several play areas with tree house, slides and swings.
Sunset Drive also offers space for work with a coworking and reading room, as well as for entertainment as it has a small movie theater.

Great Holiday

Very Nice complex with fantastic view

We have enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It is very spacious and has fantastic views over the bay. The location is very good in the middle of poniente beach and a 20 min walk to the city centre, very quiet neighbourhood. The communication with José Luis and Rosa was very pleasant. The whole complex has all the facilities you could wish for and is very well maintained. Would recommend!

Wow what a view

Booked this apartment for Christmas and new year it was special so close to the beach shops bars and restaurants but in a quieter part of Benidorm this apartment had everything killer sea views and the the whole area and was so well equipped we wanted for nothing comfortable beds a beautiful kitchen the grounds are equipped with everything swimming pools (heated) jacuzzis children’s pool and play area it really has everything Jose is the best he really did everything he could to make our stay special with a late check out so we weren’t left walking around with our cases nothing was to much trouble for him I would recommend this apartment to anyone of any age

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment is fantastic, it is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything that you need. Although we didn't go on holiday to use an, oven, dishwasher, washing machine or tumble dryer but they are there if you do need them.All the appliances are very modern and look like they have hardly been used.The beds are very comfy.The air con is very effective and there is good WiFi throughout the apartment.Both bathrooms have walk in showers and there was always plenty of hot water.The apartment is on the 17th floor with fantastic views out to the Poniente beach.It is in a very quiet part of town, there are several bars and restaurants on the beach front.Buses into town are very regular and a taxi back from the old town is about 7 Euro.Their are 3 pools in the complex and about 30 sunbeds although these do get reserved with towels very early in the morning and seemed to not be sat on for most of the day. This was very annoying as the lifeguards did not remove the towels so that they can be used by other people.Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to stay in the quieter part of town and I would stay there again.

Great place

Lovely, modern apartment with fantastic views. Lots of facilities both inside and outside. Close to beautiful beach. Only downpoint was that the apartment could have been cleaner when we arrived. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work. Communication with owner was very good.

Una maravilla, ya solo llegar y encontrarte todo limpio y esas vistas , que vistas! Alucinante. Las piscinas calentitas y todo el recinto precioso! Y si sirve de apunte, hay un montón de locales para tomar un heladito y restaurantes buenísimos nada más asomarte al paseo de la playa. Totalmente recomendable si vienes con niños.

Fantastico y adaptado para silla de ruedas

Fuimos con una persona discapacitada y fue muy cómodo ya que toda la urbanización era accesible, la ducha era amplia y no tenía escalón la plaza de garaje estaba próxima al ascensor y era fácil llegar a la playa que estaba a 100 metros. Además el apartamento es más amplio de lo que parece en las fotos y las vistas al mar son espectaculares.

Precioso piso con espectaculares vistas

La ubicación es extraordinaria muy cerca de la playa, el piso tiene vistas espectaculares, muy bonito, cómodo y nuevo. Las zonas comunes son muy buenas. Sin duda repetiremos.

Hårda sängar

Mycket fin och fräsch lägenhet med toppenbra planering. Enda egentliga minuset är att sängarna är ordentligt hårda så vi sov väldigt dåligt.

Magnifique appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer... Complexe parfait (piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, jeux sécurisés pour enfant...) idéal pour une famille avec des enfants L'appartement possède une place de parking privée, si vous le souhaitez vous pouvez faire vos vacances sans voiture car tout est à proximité Si vous êtes un peu plus jeune et que vous séjourner à Benidorm pour faire la fête je vous conseille plutôt d'aller côte Levante, si ce n'est pas le cas n'hésitez pas... De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous conseillons vraiment cette location. Bonne Vacances à vous, les nôtres étaient au top!!!

Fabulous Apartment with Fabulous View

Myself , my wife and 3 of our children (all boys age 9/13/15) stayed in this secure gated accommodation . The apartment is on the 17th floor and faces the seafront ,so as you can imagine ,has an absolutely brilliant view of playa de poniente beach and benidorm island in front of you. You can actually see to La Cala (approx 10 mins walk to right) and old town benidorm (approx 20 mins walk to left). As it is only new everything is new and finished to a high standard . The apartment is fitted with top quality cooker ,fridge etc and has lovely furniture too.There are plenty of facilities in the complex for all ages including playground ,zipwire ,football and basketball court , tennis court (need to bring your own rackets) , jacuzzi , snack bar and 3 pools . All lovely . There is good quality free WIFI at the pool and in the apartment which is very important for the kids these days . As it was still June it didnt seem like lots of the aparments in the complex where full which obviously helped when it came to sunbeds ,pool , bar and football court not being too busy , this might be different in July and August . One thing to consider was , to get to a real supermarket (not a corner shop with expensive prices) took approx 10 mins from the front gate and as the complex was built on a hill there where some steps to get from this gate to the lift . Carrying 6ltrs of water and shopping this can be hard (I had a 15yr old to help so it wasn't for us). There where restaurants and bars in the area which (maybe because we stayed in June ) closed by midnight ,so nothing crazy or noisy going on . Plus plenty of room on the beach . To do water sports we went to the Old Town Port . Overall i would give the apartment 9/10 the complex 9/10 the area 8/10 . The owner Jose came on the last day and seemed like a lovely man too.

I am very grateful for the comment about the apartment and the facilities and I am glad that you have been able to enjoy it and the resort, as well as the tranquility of the area, it is a very quiet area throughout the year. I would also like to thank you for leaving the apartment so well, I would be delighted to welcome you back at another time. In the storage room there are 2 paddle racquets, 1 tennis racket, plus balls for the game, 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and a bicycle. It is a pity that Flor will not inform you of this. The apartment has a parking space next to this room, they are 5 meters from the elevator.
