Beautiful and comfortable apartment (45 sq. mt.) in the heart of a characteristic fishermen village at a step to the beach with a fantastic view on the sea.
Complete of: bathroom, kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, electric and microwaves hoven, living room with large screen tv, dvd/dvx player, wi-fi, winter heating and summer air conditioning
The house is located in a pedestrian area, very quiet and hushed.
A parking place, inside a closed yard next to the house, is available, safe and convenient at euro 10/day. However in proximity there are public parking places free of charge.

The pediatric hospital Gaslini is 5 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is indipendent.

Through the typical " crouse de mà" in 5 minutes you are at Capo S. Chiara from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view and in a few more minutes you can reach Boccadasse, another characteristic fishermen village with little bars, pubs, restaurants, ice-cream shops. From there you can take a long walk on the promenade along the sea in Corso Italia.

In 7-8 minutes you can reach the bus stop which in 15 min. takes you to the city center.
The train station is 10 minutes away on foot , from where you can reach very famous places on the Riviera like Cinque Terre, Portofino, Camogli, Santa Margherita
